围绕“全球化”概念的争议

【摘要】：作为一场历史转型的社会运动,全球化是在20世纪后期开始出现的新的历史现象。然而,许多学者和研究者们都把全球化的起点追溯到更为久远的历史当中去,甚至认为全球化是与人类的整个历史相伴随的,这些对全球化的"泛历史主义"的解读不仅阻碍了我们对全球化问题的正确理解和认识,也阻碍着人们在全球化进程中采取正确的行动,甚至有可能让人们放弃通过思维和行动的创新去应对全球化挑战的努力。历史地看,自20世纪中期逐渐生成的全球意识促成了全球化运动和"全球化"概念在20世纪后期的产生,这一概念也是与这个时代相契合的。20世纪的技术变迁孕育出了去中心化的力量,其量的积累到了20世纪后期终于带来了质的变化,特别是互联网技术的出现和广泛应用,它预示着人类正在走向去中心化的未来,这也是全球化的目标所在。
[Abstract]:As a social movement of historical transformation, globalization is a new historical phenomenon which began to appear in the late 20 th century. However, many scholars and researchers have traced the starting point of globalization back to a longer history, even thinking that globalization is accompanied by the entire history of mankind. These "pan-historicist" interpretations of globalization not only hinder our correct understanding and understanding of globalization, but also prevent people from taking the right actions in the process of globalization. It may even lead people to abandon their efforts to meet the challenges of globalization through innovation in thinking and action. Historically, the global consciousness that has evolved since the middle of the 20th century contributed to the movement of globalization and the emergence of the concept of "globalization" in the late 20th century. This concept also coincided with this era. The technological changes of the 20th century gave birth to the power of decentralization, and the accumulation of its quantity finally brought about qualitative changes in the late 20th century, especially the emergence and extensive application of Internet technology. It heralds a future of decentralization, which is the goal of globalization.
