撤军阿富汗的美国政策评估及疑问

【摘要】：美国总统奥巴马2014年5月宣布美国从阿富汗新的撤军计划,不仅没有充分考虑阿富汗政局及战场现实,且与其上台时确定美国阿富汗新战略的三大目标——铲除基地组织的巢穴、扭转塔利班的再起势头及帮助提高阿富汗安全部队和政府的能力,亦是相差太远。奥巴马不计后果,急匆匆从阿富汗撤军,是党派政治压倒美国长远安全利益的举措。而其急功近利,对外战略失误且过于分散的错误,则会直接导致阿富汗塔利班卷土重来,再次沦为恐怖分子安全繁衍的避风港,更让阿富汗可能会出现一个可怕且不确定的未来。
[Abstract]:Us President Barack Obama's announcement in May 2014 of a new U.S. withdrawal plan from Afghanistan has not only failed to take full account of the political situation in Afghanistan and the realities of the battlefield. And it is too far from taking office to define the three goals of a new American strategy for Afghanistan-to root out al-Qaeda 's nest, to reverse the Taliban's renewed momentum and to help enhance the capabilities of Afghan security forces and the government. Mr Obama's reckless and hasty withdrawal from Afghanistan is a move by party politics over America's long-term security interests. And its mistakes of quick success and instant gain, foreign strategic mistakes and excessive dispersion will directly lead the Afghan Taliban to make a comeback and once again become a safe haven for terrorists to proliferate safely. What is more, Afghanistan may have a scary and uncertain future.
