经济全球化对我国国家意识形态安全的影响及对策研究

【摘要】：经济全球化从其诞生便已注定,这是世界范围的各国家民族之问相互作用、相互影响的客观进程,是所有民族和国家都不能逃避的历史发展阶段。它强大的影响力突破了经济领域的界限,迅速波及政治、意识形态的众多领域。面对经济全球化的挑战,意识形态安全问题被各个国家提上了议事日程,并且成为国家安全的重要组成部分。社会主义国家在资本主义占主导的经济全球化的浪潮中,更是面临严峻的形势。国家意识形态安全问题在社会主义现代化建设的大局下显得更加醒目。论文紧紧围绕当今世界的经济全球化与我国的国家意识形态安全这两个核心问题展开,探讨了经济全球化的本质特征与国家意识形态安全的相关理论；分析了经济全球化背景下国家意识形态安全面临的挑战；提出了从思想指导与现实策略层面积极应对经济全球化的对策。本篇文章由导论、正文(共分四部分)和结语组成。导论部分主要阐述了选题源起与研究意义、简介国内外有关该论题的研究现状及笔者的研究思路和研究方法。第一部分分析了当前经济全球化的主要特征,揭示西方发达资本主义在经济全球化中占据主导地位,即经济全球化的意识形态属性问题。第二部分主要是对论文的另一个重要概念——国家意识形态安全作相关介绍。首先解释了何谓意识形态及其功能；其次国家意识形态安全的含义及我国意识形态领域呈现的新特点；最后就是突出国家意识形态安全对于我国发展的重要意义。第三部分是在前两部分的基础上,详细研究经济全球化对我国国家意识形态安全带来了哪些挑战。首先,将关注的焦点聚集到经济全球化交往的附属物——各国的思想意识传播,即西方社会思潮的冲击；其次,经济全球化新的交往手段——信息网络化逐渐替代了传统的交流手段,它对国家意识形态安全的冲击必然产生影响；最后,WTO成为各个主权国家深入参与全球化的必然选择,它又是如何在经济全球化过程中影响国家意识形态安全的。第四部分面对挑战,我们必须积极应对。意识形态安全领域的对策,相比经济、政治领域更为复杂,从意识形态的特征出发,提出从思想层面和现实策略层面共同应对经济全球化的挑战。结语是强调面对在经济全球化的挑战时,我们应该对党和国家充满信心,以积极乐观的心态迎接挑战,坚信能够在党的带领下开创一片新天地。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has been doomed from its birth, which is the objective process of the interaction and interaction of nations and nations in the world, and the historical development stage that all nations and countries cannot escape. Its powerful influence broke through the boundaries of the economic field and quickly spread to many fields of politics and ideology. Facing the challenge of economic globalization, the issue of ideological security has been put on the agenda of various countries and become an important part of national security. Socialist countries are facing a severe situation in the wave of economic globalization dominated by capitalism. The issue of national ideological security is even more striking in the overall situation of socialist modernization. This paper focuses on the two core issues of economic globalization and national ideological security of our country, and probes into the essential characteristics of economic globalization and the relevant theories of national ideological security. This paper analyzes the challenges facing the national ideological security under the background of economic globalization, and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the economic globalization from the aspects of ideological guidance and realistic strategies. This article consists of an introduction, a text (a total of four parts) and a conclusion. The introduction mainly expounds the origin and significance of the topic, introduces the current situation of the research on the topic at home and abroad, and the author's research ideas and methods. The first part analyzes the main characteristics of the current economic globalization and reveals that the western developed capitalism occupies the leading position in the economic globalization namely the ideological attribute of the economic globalization. The second part mainly introduces another important concept of the thesis-national ideological security. Firstly, it explains what ideology is and its function; secondly, the meaning of national ideological security and the new features in the ideological field of our country; finally, it highlights the significance of national ideological security to the development of our country. On the basis of the first two parts, the third part studies in detail what challenges economic globalization has brought to China's national ideological security. First of all, the focus of attention will be focused on the economic globalization of the appendages of communication-the ideological dissemination of countries, that is, the impact of Western social trends of thought; Secondly, the new communication means of economic globalization-information networking has gradually replaced the traditional means of communication, which will inevitably have an impact on the security of national ideology. Finally, WTO becomes the inevitable choice for each sovereign state to participate in globalization deeply, and how it affects the national ideological security in the process of economic globalization. The fourth part faces the challenge, we must deal with positively. The countermeasures in the field of ideological security are more complex than those in economy and politics. From the characteristics of ideology, this paper puts forward the challenge of economic globalization from the ideological level and the realistic strategic level. In conclusion, it is emphasized that in the face of the challenge of economic globalization, we should be full of confidence in the Party and the country, meet the challenge with a positive and optimistic attitude, and firmly believe that we can open a new world under the leadership of the Party.
