浅析克里米亚入俄事件中的舆论战

【摘要】：2014年3月,克里米亚议会宣布从乌克兰独立,加入俄罗斯联邦,这一举动遭到乌克兰美国及欧盟的强烈反对;联合国大会投票表决克里米亚公投无效;俄罗斯却态度强硬,宣布接纳克里米亚入俄。在这一事件中,俄罗斯、乌克兰、美国及欧盟多方角力,通过舆论相互指责、争取民心,上演了一场引人注目的舆论战。分析这场舆论战的基本特点和成败得失,可以了解政治宣传在一场突发事件中能够发挥何等的威力和宣传效果,因而具有很大的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In March 2014, the Crimean Parliament declared independence from Ukraine and joined the Russian Federation, a move that was strongly opposed by Ukraine, the United States and the European Union; the United Nations General Assembly voted that the Crimea referendum was null and void, while Russia took a tough line and announced the admission of Crimea to Russia. In this incident, Russia, Ukraine, the United States and the European Union, through public opinion to blame each other, to win the hearts of the people, put on a high-profile public opinion war. By analyzing the basic characteristics, success or failure of this war of public opinion, we can understand how powerful and propaganda political propaganda can play in an emergency, so it is of great practical significance.
