中美关系的世界性及其结症

【摘要】：随着中国的崛起,它与美国的双边关系越来越具有世界性。第二大经济实体的分量,资本输出大国的地位,全球贸易最大份额的权重以及军事力量的威慑力度,决定了中国同另外一个大国——美国的关系将远远地超出双边关系范畴,影响世界政治的发展。未来世界政治的质量会极大地取决于中美双边关系的质量,而中美关系质量的提高还有待于克服三个困扰它的结症,即政体观念落差、地缘政治对立和哲学思想背离。虽然这三个结症并不是不可克服,但它们的淡化需要双方的政治勇气、外交智慧和决策远见。
[Abstract]:With the rise of China, its bilateral relations with the United States are becoming more and more worldwide. The weight of the second largest economic entity, the status of a capital exporter, the weight of the largest share of global trade and the deterrence of military forces determine that the relationship between China and the United States, another big country, will go far beyond the scope of bilateral relations and affect the development of world politics. In the future, the quality of world politics will depend greatly on the quality of bilateral relations between China and the United States, and the improvement of the quality of Sino-US relations still needs to overcome three problems, namely, the difference in the concept of polity, geopolitical opposition and philosophical deviation. Although these three diseases are not insurmountable, their dilution requires the political courage, diplomatic wisdom and decision-making foresight of both sides.
