美国对智利弗雷政府政策探析

【摘要】：二战后,智利国内主张改革的新兴势力崛起,在这种背景下,1957年爱德华多·弗雷组建了代表中间派温和势力的基督教民主党。与此同时,1959年古巴革命胜利让美国改变了以往单纯扶植右派独裁统治的拉美政策,转而在政治上支持各国中间派上台进行温和改革,以抵制社会主义革命影响。为此,美国在1964年智利总统选举中支持基民党执政,弗雷当选总统。但是,美国支持弗雷政府只是出于冷战的现实需要,并非完全认同基民党纲领,因而在弗雷执政后期,美智关系出现裂痕。美国减少对智利援助,间接导致智利政局不稳,从而影响了智利政局。
[Abstract]:In the context of the rise of emerging forces advocating reform in Chile after World War II, Educardo Frey formed the Christian Democratic Party, which represents the moderate forces of the centre in 1957. At the same time, the victory of the Cuba Revolution in 1959 led the United States to change its Latin American policy, which used to simply foster a right-wing dictatorship, and to politically support the centrist to carry out moderate reforms to resist the influence of the socialist revolution. To this end, the United States in the 1964 Chilean presidential election to support the Christian Democratic Party in power, Frey was elected president. However, the support of the United States for the Frey government was only because of the realistic needs of the Cold War, and it did not fully agree with the platform of the Christian Democratic Party, so in the later period of Frey's administration, the relationship between the United States and the United States broke apart. The reduction of US aid to Chile has indirectly led to political instability in Chile, thus affecting the political situation in Chile.
