【摘要】:在全球化的新境遇下,文化问题日益凸显。国与国之间的博弈方式发生倾斜,文化开始作为一种独立的“软力量”登上国际舞台。美国有位享誉海内外的学者约瑟夫·奈首次对软实力这个词汇进行了准确详细的解释。随后,国内外学者掀起了对文化软实力的研究狂潮。而关于文化软实力形成发展的研究,本文试图从全球化的角度给予文化软实力形成发展的理论依据,从而更好的把握文化软实力未来的发展趋势,提升本国的文化软实力。随着全球化概念的提出以及全球化发展进程的不断推进。美国著名政治学家塞缪尔·亨廷顿的文明冲突理论首次阐释清楚文化问题在全球化时代的日益凸显。主要表现在两个方面:一方面,殖民者的殖民方式发生改变,在侵占领土的同时还进行文化价值理念的传播与渗透。另一方面,全球化时代文化交往的彼此渗入则必然会导致不同文化之间的矛盾和冲突,进而产生文化的竞争与认同危机的产生。而最后文化软实力即是形成于这种背景下的文化竞争力和认同力,它是基于共同利益一致的竞争的基础上形成的新的文化范式。文化软实力源自于全球化时代文化的竞争与认同。由于不同文化之间的差异性,所以,正是在这种全球化的文化竞争中势必产生强弱文化,而强弱文化的存在进而导致了全球化时代文化落差的出现,这种文化的落差致使文化软实力呈现出高低不同的态势,即成为衡量文化软实力发展的一般性根据。随着全球化进程的不断推进,世界历史进入到一个新的阶段,即文化全球化时代。不同文化实体的国家在面对人类共同利益、共同问题解决的过程中由原本的冲突矛盾转而走向文化的整合与交流。文化软实力亦随着这种趋势不断发展,其不仅表现为各文化体之间的竞争,更是全球性时代共同生活的文化表达,是全球化文化整合过程中解决共同问题的一种文化诉求,即为文化软实力发展的本质性依据,从而开启了从该维度来研究文化软实力形成发展的新视角。中国文化软实力的提升应顺应全球化时代文化软实力的发展趋势而制定与之相应的发展策略。不断弥补与发达国家之间的文化落差,并积极的融入到全球化的文化整合过程中去,展示中国文化的独特魅力和内在价值,逐步拓宽本民族文化的生存空间,并最终加强整个国家各方面的软实力水平,进而使该民族具有更强大的竞争力。为全球化的共同问题的解决贡献一份力量,并且能被世界上不同民族、不同国家接纳、承认、推崇,甚至效仿,成为引领时代进步方向的的科学的、现代化的文化。所以,本论文坚持以马克思主义为指导,结合全球化的时代背景从历史唯物主义的角度对文化软实力的形成发展加以分析,为文化软实力的形成发展提供了更为深刻的全球化的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Under the new circumstances of globalization, cultural problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Culture began to emerge on the international stage as an independent "soft power." Joseph Nye, a renowned American scholar at home and abroad, explained the term "soft power" in great detail for the first time. Scholars at home and abroad have set off a frenzy of research on cultural soft power. On the research of the formation and development of cultural soft power, this paper attempts to give the theoretical basis for the formation and development of cultural soft power from the perspective of globalization. In order to better grasp the future development trend of cultural soft power. To enhance the soft power of our own culture. With the concept of globalization and the continuous advancement of the development of globalization. Samuel Huntington, a famous American political scientist, explains for the first time that cultural problems are fully understood. The times of spheroidization are becoming more and more prominent. In the era of globalization, the infiltration of cultural exchanges will inevitably lead to contradictions and conflicts between different cultures. And the final cultural soft power is the cultural competitiveness and identity power formed under this background. It is a new cultural paradigm based on the competition of common interests. The soft power of culture originates from the competition and identity of culture in the era of globalization. It is in this globalization of cultural competition is bound to produce strong and weak culture, and the existence of strong and weak culture leads to the emergence of cultural gap in the era of globalization. World history has entered a new stage, that is, the era of cultural globalization. Countries with different cultural entities are facing the common interests of mankind. In the process of solving common problems from the original conflicts to cultural integration and communication. Cultural soft power is also developing along with this trend, which is not only reflected in the competition between different cultural bodies. It is also the cultural expression of living together in the global era, which is a kind of cultural appeal to solve the common problems in the process of cultural integration of globalization, that is, the essential basis for the development of cultural soft power. This opens a new angle of view from which to study the formation and development of cultural soft power. The promotion of Chinese cultural soft power should conform to the development trend of cultural soft power in the era of globalization and formulate corresponding development strategies. To make up for the cultural gap with the developed countries. And actively integrated into the globalization of the process of cultural integration to show the unique charm and intrinsic value of Chinese culture, gradually broaden the living space of the national culture. And ultimately strengthen the level of soft power in all aspects of the country, thereby making the nation more competitive, contribute to the solution of the common problems of globalization, and be able to be different peoples in the world. Different countries accept, recognize, promote, even emulate, become the scientific and modern culture leading the direction of progress of the times. Therefore, this paper insists on Marxism as the guide. Based on the background of globalization, this paper analyzes the formation and development of cultural soft power from the angle of historical materialism, which provides a more profound theoretical basis of globalization for the formation and development of cultural soft power.
