从“文化自觉”到“文化自信”:中国文化思想的历史性转向

【摘要】：1997年费孝通先生提出"文化自觉"理念,转眼之间20年过去了,中国已经从一个贫穷落后的弱国逐渐发展成为一个全面小康的大国,在国际上的地位和作用越来越重要。2012年党的"十八大"以来,习近平总书记曾多次强调"文化自信"。这是国家强大的体现。从"文化自觉"到"文化自信",不仅是人们认识和行动不断深化的过程,而且是中国文化思想的历史性转折。现如今,面对百年未有之大变局,光有"文化自觉"是不够的,我们应该既要有"文化自觉",更要有"文化自信";"文化自觉"是"文化自信"的基础,"文化自信"是"文化自觉"的更高要求,拥有"文化自信"才能讲好中国文化"从哪里来"、才能讲好中国文化"去向何方"。在多元文化并存的当今世界,只有做到"文化自信",才能在世界不同文化的对比和互动中获得增强中国文化转型的动力和文化创新的能力,最终实现我们共同的文化思想。
[Abstract]:In 1997, Mr. Fei Xiaotong put forward the idea of "cultural consciousness". In a twinkling of an eye, China has gradually developed from a poor and backward weak country into a well-to-do country in an all-round way. In the international position and role is becoming more and more important. 2012, the "18 National Congress". General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed on many occasions that "cultural self-confidence" is the embodiment of a strong country. From "cultural self-consciousness" to "cultural self-confidence", it is not only a process for people to continuously deepen their understanding and action. It is also a historic turning point of Chinese cultural thought. Nowadays, in the face of the unprecedented change in a century, it is not enough to have "cultural consciousness". We should not only have "cultural consciousness", but also "cultural self-confidence"; "Cultural self-consciousness" is the basis of "cultural self-confidence", and "cultural self-confidence" is the higher requirement of "cultural consciousness". Only in today's multi-cultural world, can we talk about "where to go" in Chinese culture. "Cultural self-confidence" is the only way to achieve the goal of "cultural confidence" in today's world where multiculturalism coexists. Only through the contrast and interaction of different cultures in the world can we gain the power of Chinese cultural transformation and the ability of cultural innovation, and finally realize our common cultural thought.
