民间资本推进文化产业发展的优势及对策

【摘要】：文化产业具有技术含量高、环境污染小、资源消耗少、产品附加值高、价值链长等特点,已经成为转变经济增长方式、调整经济结构背景下新的经济增长点。目前中国文化产业发展遭遇融资瓶颈的制约,而民间资本聚集了庞大的能量。通过对民间资本进入文化产业的优势、劣势分析,提出深化文化体制改革、转变政府职能、构筑投资项目指导系统等具体对策,以推进民间资本和文化产业更好地融合。
[Abstract]:Cultural industries are characterized by high technological content, small environmental pollution, low consumption of resources, high value-added products, and long value chains, which have become the transformation of economic growth mode. Under the background of adjusting the economic structure, the new economic growth point. At present, the development of Chinese cultural industry is restricted by the financing bottleneck, while the folk capital has gathered a huge amount of energy. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the folk capital entering the cultural industry, In order to promote the better integration of folk capital and cultural industry, the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures, such as deepening the reform of cultural system, transforming the functions of the government and constructing the guiding system of investment projects.
