燕赵文化与京津文化协同发展研究

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展战略已经进入全面实施阶段,但是京津冀协同发展离不开京津冀文化认同的支撑,京津冀文化协同发展是协同发展战略的重要内容和必然要求,也是实现三地协同发展的精神动力。京津冀三地文化各具特色,各有优势,但也面临着文化发展规划结构不合理,配套政策脱节,文化发展动力不足的问题。实现三地的文化协同与融合,一是要以燕赵文化为引领,形成"京津冀文化"新品牌;二是要建立京津冀文化产业群,缩小差距,实现产业融合;三是要建立公共文化服务资源共享机制;四是要推进文化认同,建立人才互通互补机制。
[Abstract]:The cooperative development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has entered a comprehensive implementation stage, but the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei cannot be separated from the support of the cultural identity of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei culture is the important content and inevitable requirement of the cooperative development strategy. It is also the spiritual power to realize the coordinated development of the three places. The culture of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has its own characteristics and advantages, but it is also faced with an unreasonable planning structure for cultural development and a disjointed supporting policy. To realize the cultural coordination and integration among the three places, we should take Yanzhao culture as the guide and form a new brand of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei culture", second, we should establish the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry group, narrow the gap and realize the industrial integration. The third is to set up the sharing mechanism of public cultural service resources, and the fourth is to promote cultural identity and establish the mutual complementation mechanism of talents.
