【摘要】：作为黑龙江省的历史文化名镇,齐齐哈尔水师营满族镇民族文化遗产极其丰富;各级政府格外重视对满族文化遗产的挖掘、整理、保护和传承,将之提升到发展地方经济与文化的战略高度,使其得以有序传承和发展。
[Abstract]:As a famous historical and cultural town in Heilongjiang Province, Qiqihar Shuiying Manchu Town is extremely rich in national cultural heritage. Governments at all levels attach particular importance to excavating, sorting, protecting and inheriting Manchu cultural heritage. Promote it to the development of local economy and culture strategic level, so that it can be orderly inheritance and development.
