【摘要】：文化是一个民族的思想旗帜，也是维系一个国家的精神纽带，对于国家的发展起到关键性的作用。其中，先进的文化是提高国家综合国力、维护国家安全、民族团结稳定的重要组成部分。进入21世纪以来，全球化的速度不断加快，对外交流与合作不断增加，文化安全问题随之而来，，国外文化的大量入侵、渗透，使我国文化安全面临严峻的威胁与挑战，文化安全形势不容乐观。面对这些问题，越来越多的学者、专家以及政府部门都给予了高度的关注和重视。党的十七届六中全会的《决定》指出，要“培养高度的文化自觉和文化自信”，强调通过培养文化自觉、提高文化自信，来维护国家文化安全，弘扬优秀传统文化，大力发展文化产业，使文化得到大发展、大繁荣。本文共三个部分：第一部分：文化自觉与文化安全概述。这部分分别对文化自觉、文化安全的涵义进行了概括性的论述与分析。梳理文化自觉与文化安全的联系。第二部分：中国文化安全面临的挑战。这部分先从国内影响中国文化安全的因素出发，通过经济、科技、社会等方面着手，分析了中国文化安全的现状和不足。又从国外文化对于中国文化安全的影响出发，指出我国文化安全面临严峻的威胁和挑战。从国内外两方面的因素入手，阐述了我国文化安全的现状。第三部分：培养文化自觉，维护文化安全。这部分从文化自觉对文化安全的意义出发，表明了培养文化自觉对维护文化安全的重要性；针对中国文化安全面临的挑战，积极寻找维护我国文化安全的对策，坚持文化创新，进一步完善中国文化的发展战略，努力把我国建设成为社会主义文化强国。
[Abstract]:Culture is not only a nation's ideological flag, but also a spiritual bond to maintain a country, which plays a key role in the development of a country.Among them, advanced culture is an important part of improving national comprehensive national strength, safeguarding national security and national unity and stability.Since the beginning of the 21st century, the speed of globalization has been speeding up, foreign exchanges and cooperation have been increasing, cultural security problems have followed, and a large number of foreign cultures have invaded and infiltrated, making our country's cultural security face severe threats and challenges.The cultural security situation is not optimistic.Faced with these problems, more and more scholars, experts and government departments have given high attention and attention.The "decision" of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that it is necessary to "cultivate a high degree of cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence," emphasizing that by cultivating cultural consciousness and raising cultural self-confidence, we should safeguard national cultural security and carry forward outstanding traditional culture.Vigorously develop the cultural industry, so that culture has a great development, great prosperity.There are three parts in this paper:The first part: cultural consciousness and cultural security.This part discusses and analyzes the meaning of cultural self-consciousness and cultural security.Combing the relationship between cultural consciousness and cultural security.The second part: the challenge of Chinese cultural security.This part starts from the factors that influence Chinese cultural security, and analyzes the present situation and deficiency of Chinese cultural security through the aspects of economy, science and technology, society and so on.Based on the influence of foreign culture on Chinese cultural security, this paper points out that China's cultural security is facing severe threats and challenges.Starting with the two factors at home and abroad, this paper expounds the present situation of cultural security in China.The third part: cultivate cultural self-consciousness and maintain cultural security.This part starts from the significance of cultural consciousness to cultural security, and shows the importance of cultivating cultural consciousness to maintain cultural security; in view of the challenges faced by Chinese cultural security, we actively seek countermeasures to safeguard our cultural security and persist in cultural innovation.Further improve the development strategy of Chinese culture and strive to build our country into a socialist cultural power.
