宁波文化广场绩效管理系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着全球化经济演变,中国文化体制改革也逐步深化,不仅促进了文化产业的迅猛发展,同时也使得文化市场得到空前繁荣,国有文化企业绩效管理也随之成为文化企业管理领域讨论的热点和难点问题。因此,学习和研究绩效管理理论,设计并有效实施绩效管理,对充分激发职工的主动性和工作热情,甚至改善企业的整体绩`效水平,都有十分重要的意义,非常值得深入研究的议题。 本论文就宁波文化广场绩效管理系统设计进行了应用性的研究,,旨在探讨如何选择合适的绩效工具设计科学的绩效系统来改善公司目前的绩效管理状况。宁波文化广场的公益性和经营性的双重属性引起了企业盈利与保障公益性服务的矛盾,因此它的绩效管理必然有其特别之处。本论文首先`学习了与绩效、绩效管理相关的一些基本概念及相互关系,并对时下比较流行和深受欢迎的几种绩效管理工具进行了对比分析。在分析企业经`营环境`时,对宁波文化广场发展过程中可能会遇到的困难,以及其自身优劣势进行了了梳理,为宁波文化广场确定战略性关键因素做好准备工作。接下来又 对宁波文化广场考评情况进行剖析,对其考评过程中存在的问题及原因进行分析、归纳。根据以上分析结合宁波文化广场绩效`考评情况,最终选用平衡`记分卡(BSC)和关键绩效指标(KPI)工具,从基本思路、前提条件、流程等方面设计出宁波文化广场的绩`效管理系统。并在实际操作层面对如何切实实施提出一些意见,以及通过反馈进行改进。最后对全文的内容给予了系统性的总结,并在此基础上进行研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of the global economy, the reform of China's cultural system has gradually deepened, which has not only promoted the rapid development of the cultural industry, but also made the cultural market enjoy an unprecedented prosperity.The performance management of state-owned cultural enterprises has also become a hot and difficult issue in the field of cultural enterprise management.Therefore, it is of great significance to study and study the theory of performance management, to design and implement performance management effectively, to fully stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff and workers, and even to improve the overall performance of the enterprise.Topics that are well worth further study.The purpose of this paper is to study the application of performance management system design in Ningbo Cultural Square, and to explore how to select appropriate performance tools to design scientific performance system to improve the current performance management situation of the company.The dual attributes of public welfare and management of Ningbo Cultural Plaza cause the contradiction between enterprise profit and guarantee public welfare service, so its performance management must have its own special features.This paper first studies some basic concepts and relationships related to performance and performance management, and makes a comparative analysis of several popular and popular performance management tools.In this paper, the difficulties that may be encountered in the development of Ningbo Cultural Plaza and its own advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, so as to prepare for the determination of strategic key factors in Ningbo Cultural Plaza.And then againThis paper analyzes the evaluation situation of Ningbo Culture Square, analyzes the existing problems and causes in the process of evaluation, and sums up the problems.According to the above analysis combined with the performance appraisal of Ningbo Cultural Plaza, the balanced 'scorecard BSC' and the key performance indicator (KPI) tools are finally selected, from the basic ideas, preconditions,Process and other aspects of the design of Ningbo Cultural Plaza performance-effectiveness management system.At the practical level, some suggestions on how to carry out the practice are put forward, and some improvements are made through feedback.Finally, the content of the full text is systematically summarized, and based on this, the research prospect is carried out.
