应运时变的人文交流及其对话能力

【摘要】：人文交流作为中外关系的三大支柱之一,近些年得到日益广泛的关注,但是国外评价与国内预期还存在着较大差距。文化投入与实际效果不匹配、经济地位与国际认同不平衡、"做好中国的事情"与"讲好中国的故事"不相称,仍然是我们必须面对的问题。根据国外智库的统计数据以及文化传播的典型事例,试图对我们自身的文化理解和文化表达作出分析,以求应运时变并且更具对话能力。
[Abstract]:As one of the three pillars of Sino - foreign relations , human communication has been paid more and more attention in recent years , but there is still a big gap between foreign evaluations and domestic expectations . The cultural input and the actual effect do not match , the economic status and the international identity are not balanced , and the problems that we must face are still the problems that we must face . According to the statistics of the foreign think tanks and the typical examples of cultural communication , we try to analyze our own cultural understanding and cultural expressions in order to deal with time - varying and more dialogue .
