国际视角下的当代中国文化建设路径探析

【摘要】：人类创造文明和历史过程都包含着沟通、冲突和融合,无时无刻不体现着文明的多样性。各民族通过自己的智慧和力量参与到各个时期的文化交往与活动中,彼此间交流和互动构成丰富多彩的文化。冷战结束和苏联的解体让世界政治格局发生改变,在之后相当长的时间里,意识形态的分歧已经不再成为国家交往沟通的重要制约因素。在党的十八大报告中突出强调中国特色社会主义“五位一体”体系总体战略发展,在新时期新阶段加强科学发展、民主发展的背景下,坚持完善人民的文化发展事业,切实保障人民文化需求,逐步走上社会主义文化建设强国的发展之路。因此,我们应当立足于国际视角,研究和分析当代国际优秀文化建设的经验,努力推进文化发展新道路新进程。本文第一部分对当今中国文化建设的指导思想、时代依据和实践基础进行梳理。认真总结当今中国文化建设所处于的时代背景中,结合中国自身文化建设的实践基础,反思苏联解体事件背后的文化因素,总结中国在文化建设中所取得的成就和面临的突出问题。第二部分是对当前主要国家文化软实力具体的政策或方法的介绍。重点分析美国、法国、日本三国在当代文化建设方面所取得的成就和面临的突出问题,通过对比分析的方法为中国文化发展道路提供新思路新方向。第三部分是中国文化建设具体途径研究。通过前几部分的理论分析和实际分析,本文提出要立足本土文化,学会发现中国文化；博彩众长、尊重差异、加强文化之间的交流和合作；文化创新亟待推进,加强人才队伍建设；建立文化协调发展机制、重视一切文化发展参与力量；加强国家思想道德建设、做好新闻媒体宣传导向工作；确立文化发展繁荣战略等设想。
[Abstract]:The creation of civilization and the process of history include communication, conflict and fusion, and reflect the diversity of civilization all the time. Through their own wisdom and strength, various nationalities participate in the cultural exchanges and activities in various periods, and exchange and interact with each other to form a rich and colorful culture. The end of the Cold War and the disintegration of the Soviet Union changed the world political structure. After a long period of time, ideological differences no longer become an important restriction factor of national communication. In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, it highlighted the overall strategic development of the "five-in-one" system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and insisted on perfecting the people's cultural development under the background of strengthening scientific development and democratic development in the new period and new stage. Ensure the cultural needs of the people and step by step on the road of building a strong socialist culture. Therefore, we should base ourselves on the international perspective, study and analyze the experience of contemporary international excellent cultural construction, and try our best to promote the new road and process of cultural development. The first part of this paper combs the guiding ideology, age basis and practice basis of Chinese cultural construction. Summing up the background of the contemporary Chinese cultural construction, and combining the practical basis of China's own cultural construction, to reflect on the cultural factors behind the disintegration of the Soviet Union. To sum up China's achievements and outstanding problems in cultural construction. The second part is the introduction of the specific policies or methods of the main national cultural soft power. This paper focuses on the analysis of the achievements and outstanding problems in the contemporary cultural construction of the United States, France and Japan, and provides a new way of thinking and new direction for the development of Chinese culture by means of comparative analysis. The third part is the research on the specific ways of Chinese cultural construction. Through the theoretical analysis and practical analysis in the first few parts, this paper puts forward that we should base ourselves on local culture, learn to discover Chinese culture, be good at gambling, respect differences, strengthen communication and cooperation between cultures, and promote cultural innovation. We should strengthen the construction of qualified personnel, establish a mechanism for the coordinated development of culture, attach importance to all the participating forces of cultural development, strengthen the ideological and moral construction of the country, do a good job in the propaganda and guidance work of the news media, and establish the strategy of cultural development and prosperity.
