黄山学院图书馆的文化传承创新研究

【摘要】：改革创新是时代的主题。中国高等教育事业正处在改革和发展中,地方高校正朝着地方应用型方向转型。同时,文化传承创新被确立为高等教育的第四大职能。地方高校图书馆既是图书馆中的一员,又是高等教育的组成部分,面临着双层的转型压力。地方高校图书馆在转型发展过程中,如何与文化传承创新职能有机的结合起来,成为一项值得探索的课题。本文以黄山学院图书馆为主要研究对象,研究地方应用型高校图书馆在改革创新的大潮下,在网络化,新媒体的背景下,如何开展文化传承创新工作。本文在对图书馆文化传承创新相关理论进行研究的基础上,对文化传承创新的内涵进行了概括,对地方高校图书馆与文化传承创新职能之间的关系进行了阐述。通过查阅资料、问卷调查、访谈和数据统计分析等途径,介绍了黄山学院图书馆在文化传承创新方面所取得的成绩,指出了黄山学院图书馆在文化传承创新方面存在的问题。分析问题产生的原因,进而提出相关对策。本文认为黄山学院图书馆在文化传承创新方面存在着职能认识不清、空间功能利用不足、文化资源内容结构有待优化、服务效果不佳等问题,并从图书馆文化传承创新的职能定位,平台建设,创新机制等角度分析问题产生的原因,进而提出明确图书馆文化传承创新的职能定位,加强平台建设,创新机制,突出徽文化特色等对策。本文主要研究地方应用性高校图书馆,如何围绕文化传承创新职能,充分利用好这一平台,实现图书馆的转型与发展,真正成为高校的学术性机构和文化服务中心。本文结合黄山学院图书馆的实际,就文化传承创新平台建设的内容,作了以下探索:树立以用户为中心的主动服务的理念,创新图书馆的工作模式,打造优质服务团队,积极挖掘读者需求,主动发现读者;对图书馆进行空间再造,充分挖掘图书馆的空间价值,充分吸引读者,把图书馆打造成文化休闲学习交流的中心;要重视文化内涵的建设,不仅要强调先进文化、优秀文化的传承创新,更要彰显徽文化的传承创新,打造好特色文化,把文化传承创新贯穿于人才培养的全过程,在实现人的全面发展中,实现文化的传承创新;以徽文化为主要内容载体,借助新媒体,以合作共享的方式,创新平台的运作机制。将文化传承平台与文化创新平台有机统一起来;将文化资源的虚拟空间服务平台与文化传承的物理空间服务平台的有机统一起来。
[Abstract]:Reform and innovation is the theme of the times. China's higher education is in the process of reform and development. At the same time, cultural inheritance and innovation has been established as the fourth major function of higher education. The local university library is not only a member of the library, but also a component of higher education. In the process of transformation and development of local university libraries, how to combine the functions of cultural inheritance and innovation has become a topic worth exploring. Taking Huangshan University Library as the main research object, this paper studies how to carry out cultural inheritance and innovation in the local applied university library under the tide of reform and innovation, under the background of network and new media. On the basis of the research on the relevant theories of cultural inheritance and innovation in libraries, this paper summarizes the connotation of cultural inheritance and innovation, and expounds the relationship between the local university libraries and the functions of cultural inheritance and innovation. This paper introduces the achievements of the library of Huangshan College in cultural inheritance and innovation by means of consulting materials, questionnaire, interviews and statistical analysis of data, and points out the problems existing in the innovation of cultural heritage in the library of Huangshan University. Analyze the causes of the problem, and then put forward the relevant countermeasures. This paper points out that the library of Huangshan University has some problems, such as unclear understanding of its functions, insufficient utilization of space function, optimization of content structure of cultural resources, poor service effect, etc. This paper also analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspectives of the function orientation, platform construction and innovation mechanism of the cultural heritage and innovation of the library, and puts forward the function orientation of the cultural heritage and innovation of the library, strengthening the construction of the platform and the innovation mechanism. Highlight the cultural characteristics of Hui and other countermeasures. This paper mainly studies the local applied university library, how to make full use of this platform around the innovative function of cultural heritage, to realize the transformation and development of the library, and to become the academic institution and cultural service center of the university. Combined with the reality of the library of Huangshan University, this paper explores the contents of the construction of the cultural heritage and innovation platform as follows: establishing the concept of user-centered active service, innovating the working mode of the library, and creating a high-quality service team. Actively mining readers' needs, actively discovering readers, reconstructing the library space, fully excavating the space value of the library, fully attracting readers, making the library into the center of cultural leisure learning and communication, paying attention to the construction of cultural connotation, It is necessary not only to emphasize the inheritance and innovation of advanced culture and excellent culture, but also to highlight the inheritance and innovation of Hui culture, to create a good characteristic culture, to run through the whole process of personnel training, and to realize the all-round development of human beings. To achieve cultural heritage and innovation; Huizhou culture as the main content carrier, with the help of new media, in the way of cooperation and sharing, the operating mechanism of the innovation platform. It unifies the cultural heritage platform and the cultural innovation platform organically, and organically unifies the virtual space service platform of cultural resources and the physical space service platform of cultural heritage.
