物尽其用:对大同铜器的民俗学研究

【摘要】:大同铜器系山西大同及其周边地区极具地方特色的民间工艺品,在当地民众的生活世界中承担着重要的功能,既有作为日常器具的实用功能,又有作为神器的仪式媒介功能。本论文从民俗学的视角展开对大同铜器之“物尽其用”的研究,充分利用田野调查所获得的第一手资料,还尽量对文献材料一网打尽。本论文由五个部分组成。绪论部分提出问题,阐释选题的缘由、意义及价值,概述国内外研究现状,并指出本论文的研究方法。论文主体第一部分主要从两个层面,即作为“神器”的大同铜器与作为“俗器”的大同铜器,对大同铜器的历史渊源进行还原;所谓“神器”侧重于社会的上层文化,与社会统治或管理有关,而“俗器”则强调其在民众日常生活世界中角色定位及功能区隔。第二部分阐述铜器与当代大同民众日常的深层勾连及精神对话,主要体现在其与民生水乳交融的日常性上,因工业化而退居日常生活边缘的大同铜器,其生存空间已发生了很大的变化,大同铜器作为民间工艺品获得凸显,其背后的历史动因值得深入研究。第三部分主要从“非遗”情境下的器尽其用与图像讲述和铜器传承人的生活这两个层面,研究遭遇“非遗”情境的大同铜器是如何继往开来的;“非遗”情境下的大同铜器能强化当地的文化认同,通过其在相关仪式中的出场而重构民众生活的神圣维度,借助铜器的图像叙事以还原或重建大同民众的精神图谱,并对作为民间工艺品的铜器之存续提供某种参照。本论文结语部分再次强调:通过研究一种民间工艺品,尤其是从民俗学的视角去研究,其重要意义和价值是不言而喻的。并指出在大力提倡工匠精神的时代情境下,民间工艺的民俗学研究还是大有前途的。
[Abstract]:Datong Bronze is a folk handicraft with local characteristics in Datong Shanxi and its surrounding areas. It plays an important role in the world of life of the local people, both as a practical function of daily utensils and as a ceremonial medium of artifact. From the perspective of folklore, this paper makes full use of the firsthand data obtained from field investigation and tries to eliminate the literature and materials as far as possible. This thesis consists of five parts. The introduction part puts forward the questions, explains the reason, significance and value of the topic, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and points out the research methods of this paper. The first part of the thesis mainly restores the historical origin of Datong bronze ware from two aspects, that is, Datong bronze ware as a "artifact" and a "common ware", and the so-called "artifact" focuses on the upper-class culture of the society. It has something to do with social domination or management, while vulgarity emphasizes its role and function in the world of people's daily life. The second part expounds the deep connection and spiritual dialogue between the bronze ware and the people of Datong, which are mainly reflected in the daily harmony with the people's livelihood, and the Datong bronze ware which retreated to the edge of daily life because of industrialization. Great changes have taken place in its living space, and the historical motivation behind it is worthy of further study. The third part mainly from the "non-posthumous" situation of the use of vessels and image narration and bronze inheritance of human life in these two levels, the study of the "non-legacy" situation of Datong bronze is how to carry on from the past; The "non-posthumous" bronze ware can strengthen the local cultural identity, reconstruct the sacred dimension of people's life through its appearance in related ceremonies, and restore or reconstruct the spiritual map of the people of Datong by means of the image narration of the bronze ware. And as a folk arts and crafts of the survival of bronze to provide some reference. The conclusion of this thesis emphasizes once again that the significance and value of studying a folk handicraft, especially from the perspective of folklore, is self-evident. It also points out that the folklore study of folk craft has great prospects in the context of advocating the spirit of craftsmen.
