我国社区文化治理的新探索——以保定美地社区为例

【摘要】：在国家治理现代化的大环境下,社区治理现代化承担着重要的使命。从治理结构上来看,社区是个体家庭与国家社会的枢纽,承接着微观个体与宏观政策的对接。在社区治理现代化的模式上,全国各地许多社区都进行了积极的探索,探索出了许多有效创新的治理模式。保定市美地社区从社区文化治理的维度采取重塑发展社区文化产业,社区文化与互联网文化的融合,社区与高校的联合等措施,其治理特点是建设社区书院,将社区茶舍作为社区人议事论事的场所,重塑远亲不如近邻的邻里关系,以国学文化作为社区工作的理论基础,将文化作为社区居民的生活方式。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of national governance modernization, community governance modernization undertakes an important mission. From the point of view of governance structure, community is the hub of individual family and national society, undertaking the docking of micro individual and macro policy. In the modernization of community governance, many communities throughout the country have actively explored and explored many effective and innovative governance models. In Baoding City, Meidi community takes measures to rebuild and develop community culture industry, integrate community culture with Internet culture, and combine community with colleges and universities from the perspective of community culture governance, which is characterized by the construction of community academies. The community tea house is regarded as the place where people in the community discuss matters, remolding the neighborhood relationship between distant relatives and close neighbors, taking the culture of Chinese culture as the theoretical basis of community work, and taking culture as the way of life of the community residents.
