【摘要】：通州创建首都公共文化服务示范区是落实国家和北京市重大战略发展布局、适应北京城市副中心建设战略转型和提升"通州味"文化圈建设核心竞争力的迫切需要。依据通州区的文化底蕴以及公共文化服务现有基础,未来应强化顶层设计,整合公共文化资源,借力"供给侧"改革实践,助推通州"文化+"公共文化格局的构建。
[Abstract]:It is an urgent need for Tongzhou to establish the capital public cultural service demonstration zone to implement the important strategic development layout of the state and Beijing, to adapt to the strategic transformation of the construction of the sub-center of Beijing city and to promote the core competitiveness of the construction of "Tongzhou flavor" cultural circle. According to the cultural background of Tongzhou District and the existing foundation of public cultural service, we should strengthen the top-level design in the future, integrate public cultural resources, take advantage of the "supply-side" reform practice, and promote the construction of the public cultural pattern of Tongzhou "Culture".
