文化平等与提升国家文化话语权

【摘要】：随着和平与发展日益成为时代主题,文化软实力的地位逐渐凸显,甚至逐步取代经济军事硬实力而成为国际竞争的战略“制高点”,作为一个负责任的大国,如何在兼顾好自己形象的同时提升自己的软实力,是一个值得深刻探讨的问题。在大力构建文化自信的当今,应在文化平等的基础上,从构建本土话语体系、拓展对外传播途径等方面着力提升国家的文化话语权。
[Abstract]:As peace and development are increasingly becoming the theme of the times, the status of cultural soft power has become increasingly prominent, even gradually replacing the hard power of the economy and military and becoming the "commanding point" of the international competition strategy. As a responsible country, how to improve its own soft power while taking into account its own image and improving its own image is a problem worthy of deep discussion. On the basis of cultural equality, we should improve the national cultural discourse power on the basis of cultural equality, from the construction of the local discourse system and the expansion of the way of foreign communication.
