文化开发与教育转化——民族地区社会主义核心价值观活化生长

【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观在民族地区的活化生长,其基础在于要融入民族文化之中,实现双方之间的和合新生,最终促进民族文化得以与时俱进地发展,这是缘于社会主义核心价值观与民族文化精神的共通性、民族文化内容的结构性、民族文化交往的互动性相契合为保障的。民族地区在培育社会主义核心价值观和推进民族文化更新过程中,需采取文化开发与教育转化相统一的形式路径,文化开发注重经济与社会效益并重、传承与创新和谐并进、民众与政府合力并举;教育转化凸显以社会成员法治意识自觉为基础、社会成员道德品质修养为方向、社会成员身心能力协调为归宿。唯有文化开发与教育转化之间协调相济,社会主义核心价值观与民族传统文化方能共生互促,民族地区社会全面和谐发展才可得以切实推进。
[Abstract]:The activation and growth of socialist core values in ethnic areas is based on the integration of national culture, the realization of harmony between the two sides, and the ultimate promotion of the development of national culture with the times. This is due to the commonality of socialist core values and national cultural spirit, the structural structure of national cultural content and the mutual interaction of national cultural exchanges. In the process of cultivating socialist core values and promoting the renewal of national culture, the minority areas should adopt the formal path of the unity of cultural development and education transformation, pay equal attention to the economic and social benefits, and promote the inheritance and innovation harmoniously. The transformation of education is based on the consciousness of the rule of law of the members of the society, the moral quality of the members of the society is the direction, and the coordination of the mental and physical abilities of the members of the society is the ultimate goal. Only when the development of culture and the transformation of education are coordinated, can the core values of socialism and the traditional culture of the nation be promoted in a symbiotic way, and the harmonious development of the society in the ethnic areas can be promoted in an all-round way.
