哈尔滨市工业遗产的保护与利用研究

【摘要】：工业遗产是工业文明辉煌的表征,是近现代历史发展的产物,是社会文明的阶段成果,是现代遗产的重要内容之一。哈尔滨市是中国工业的奠基地之一,有着新中国建国初期和成长过程中,支撑中国工业发展的重要工厂,这些工厂为中国的发展做出了重大贡献。改革开放后,这些大型国有企业和资产面临着工业转型和产业重组,重新构建产业模式,调整产业结构成为必然。由于原有模式的僵固和新模式的进入,使得大批老工业企业在新的产业重组中,被搬离市区或拆迁改造,甚至销毁,保护这些工业遗产成为一项重要的课题和新任务。哈尔滨市约有150余处工业文化遗产,具有丰富的历史价值、社会价值、建筑价值及技术价值,而现如今哈尔滨市各区越来越多的老厂房、老厂区或面临改造,或面临拆除,或已经消失……工业遗产保护已经不可回避,而且应该成为纳入市政建设和城市文明发展的一项重要内容。这些工业遗产记录了中国工业发展的历程,承载了哈尔滨市的人文精神,是人类的共同文化遗产和宝贵财富。本文通过对哈尔滨电机厂、轴承厂、锅炉厂、汽轮机厂、量具刃具厂、机联机械厂等工厂进行实地考察和研究,从厂房结构、技术价值、周边环境等方面进行调查分析,梳理出哈尔滨市工业遗产现状、价值和特点,明确哈尔滨市工业遗产保护的主体和层级,结合国内外工业遗产保护案例提出了针对不同层级选择合理的工业遗产保护再利用的途径和方法。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is a symbol of the brilliance of industrial civilization, a product of the development of modern history, a result of the stage of social civilization, and one of the important contents of modern heritage. Harbin is one of the foundational places of Chinese industry. It has important factories to support the development of Chinese industry in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China and in the process of its growth. These factories have made great contributions to the development of China. After the reform and opening up, these large state-owned enterprises and assets are faced with industrial transformation and industrial restructuring, so it is inevitable to rebuild the industrial model and adjust the industrial structure. Due to the rigid consolidation of the old model and the entry of the new model, a large number of old industrial enterprises have been moved out of the urban areas, demolished and even destroyed in the new industrial reorganization, and the protection of these industrial heritage has become an important subject and a new task. Harbin has more than 150 industrial and cultural heritages with rich historical, social, architectural and technical values. Nowadays, more and more old factories, factories or sites in Harbin are facing renovation or demolition. Or has disappeared. The protection of industrial heritage cannot be avoided, and it should be an important part of municipal construction and urban civilization development. These industrial heritages record the course of China's industrial development, bear the humanistic spirit of Harbin, and are the common cultural heritage and precious wealth of mankind. Through the field investigation and study of Harbin Electric Machinery Factory, Shaft bearing Plant, Boiler Factory, Steam Turbine Factory, measuring tool Factory, Mechanical Machinery Factory and so on, the investigation and analysis are carried out from the aspects of plant structure, technical value, surrounding environment and so on. Carding out the status quo, value and characteristics of industrial heritage in Harbin, defining the main body and level of industrial heritage protection in Harbin, Combined with the domestic and foreign industrial heritage protection cases, this paper puts forward the ways and methods to select reasonable industrial heritage protection and reuse for different levels.
