网络环境下的文化冲突与共生研究

【摘要】：文化是一个国家和民族历史传承的载体,更是创新与发展的根基。文化在人类历史的演进中一直不断变化与更新,不同类型的文化在内外交流的过程中碰撞出火花,文化冲突的现象屡现不鲜。而伴随着信息社会的来临,网络环境发展日新月异,既刺激了文化冲突问题的发展,也为引导文化走向共生提供了新的平台。我国一直致力于建设中国特色社会主义文化,而在新的历史条件下解决好网络环境下的文化冲突方面的问题,引导文化走向共生至关重要。中国特色社会主义文化建设一直是我国社会主义事业建设的重要组成部分,本文从网络环境大发展的背景出发,运用文献检索法、理论研究法以及理论与实际分析相结合的方法研究文化冲突的内涵、形成原因、特征,探索文化发展的规律,寻求文化共生的途径,以期能够提供有价值的理论参考。本文首先从文化冲突的内涵开始,明晰文化冲突的科学内涵,阐述网络环境下文化冲突新的表现、特征及其带来的影响。然后,通过考察我国历史上的文化转型,探求文化发展的规律,并结合我国互联网发展的概况,明确在新的网络环境中应如何引导文化由冲突走向共生。最后,在上述基础之上,立足于我国现实国情,思考我国在网络环境中应对文化冲突的策略:以静制动——坚守中国特色社会主义文化建设基准;攻守兼备——提升我国文化软实力;应机而动——加强网络监管。网络环境的发展正在形成全新的气候,文化这个开放包容的体系的发展也永不止步。在新的历史条件下,只有善加利用网络环境,才能解决文化冲突带来的种种困境,引导文化走向共生,建设真正属于人民群众的中国特色社会主义文化。
[Abstract]:Culture is the carrier of a nation's historical heritage, and the foundation of innovation and development. Culture has been constantly changing and renewing in the evolution of human history. Different types of culture collide with each other in the process of internal and external exchanges, and the phenomenon of cultural conflict appears frequently. With the coming of the information society, the network environment develops with each passing day, which not only stimulates the development of cultural conflict, but also provides a new platform for guiding culture to symbiosis. Our country has been committed to building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and it is very important to solve the problems of cultural conflict in the network environment under the new historical conditions, and to lead the culture to symbiosis. The construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has always been an important part of the socialist cause of our country. This paper, proceeding from the background of the great development of the network environment, applies the method of literature retrieval. The theory research method and the method of combining theory with practice analysis study the connotation, formation reason, characteristic of culture conflict, explore the law of culture development, seek the way of culture symbiosis, in order to provide valuable theoretical reference. This paper begins with the connotation of cultural conflict, clarifies the scientific connotation of cultural conflict, and expounds the new manifestation, characteristics and influence of cultural conflict under the network environment. Then, by investigating the cultural transformation in the history of our country, exploring the law of cultural development, and combining the general situation of the development of Internet in our country, it is clear how to guide the culture from conflict to symbiosis in the new network environment. Finally, on the basis of the above mentioned, based on the reality of our country, we think about the strategies to deal with the cultural conflict in the network environment: holding fast to the construction benchmark of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics by static braking; Attack and defense-to enhance the soft power of our culture; to strengthen the network supervision and control. The development of the network environment is forming a new climate, and the development of the open and inclusive system of culture will never stop. Under the new historical conditions, only by making good use of the network environment can we solve the difficulties caused by the cultural conflict, guide the culture to symbiosis, and build the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics that belongs to the masses of the people.
