[Abstract]:There are four outstanding features of 19th CPC National Congress on cultural construction: the Party's 19th CPC National Congress report defines the basic strategy of cultural construction in the new era, and the Party's 19th CPC National Congress report emphasizes the basic position of cultural self-confidence. Innovation is the main line to promote the prosperity of culture in the new era. The exposition of the party's 19th CPC National Congress report embodies dialectical thinking. The 19th CPC National Congress report of the Party clarifies the basic strategy of the cultural construction in the new era and puts forward the basic strategy of the cultural construction in the new era.
