奇台县群众文化的现状研究

【摘要】：群众文化既是一种文化现象，又是中国特色文化建设的重要组成部分。作为文化现象，它是一个民族或地区整体发展面貌的一种生动体现。作为文化建设的重要组成部分，在我国实现文化大发展大繁荣的历史时期，具有特殊的价值。本文以奇台县为样本，运用民族学相关理论，通过田野调查和查阅相关文献资料，旨在对奇台县群众文化的现状和功能进行解读。全文共分为五部分：第一部分：绪论。主要阐述选题缘由、研究意义和研究方法以及本课题相关的研究综述。第二部分：奇台县群众文化的发展历史与现状。主要介绍历史上奇台县群众文化简况以及当今奇台县群众文化的基本现状，包括群众文化设施和群众文化活动内容。第三部分：奇台县群众文化功能解读。主要对奇台县群众文化的功能进行解读；即娱乐健身功能、宣传教育功能和交流、团结功能。第四部分：奇台县群众文化的存在问题与建议。主要指出奇台县群众文化在发展中存在的问题，即资金投入不足，群众文化空间设施相对滞后；群众文化活动中存在的缺陷；在此基础对新形势下奇台县群众文化发展的具体建议。论文最后一部分：结语。主要阐述本论文的主要观点：第一，奇台作为一个多民族居住的地区，其群众文化的地域性是与它民族的多元性相联系，它是集中原传统文化与奇台区域文化相融合，形成的一种带有鲜明地域特色的文化。第二，奇台群众文化的内容是建立在娱乐健身基础上，伴随较强娱乐形式上的宣传教育，在于对每一个群体成员之间进行调控，不仅使群体间趋于和谐，也能使人与人之间具有更强的认同感和巨大的凝聚力，从而达到团结的作用。第三，，在社会主义精神文明建设中，从“大文化”背景着眼，从“小文化”建设入手，以群众为主体，坚持“三贴近”原则，从实践中来，到实践中去，积极发挥各民族群众的积极性和创造性，正确对待民族民间文化，促进民族文化整合，形成具有地域特色的多民族群众文化互动的局面。
[Abstract]:Mass culture is not only a cultural phenomenon, but also an important part of cultural construction with Chinese characteristics. As a cultural phenomenon, it is a vivid manifestation of the overall development of a nation or region. As an important part of cultural construction, it has special value in the historical period of great cultural development and prosperity in China. This paper takes Qitai County as a sample, applies the theory of ethnology, through field investigation and consulting relevant literature, aims to interpret the present situation and function of the mass culture in Qitai County. The full text is divided into five parts: Part one: introduction. This paper mainly expounds the reason, research significance and research methods of this topic. The second part: the history and present situation of the mass culture in Qitai County. This paper mainly introduces the general situation of the mass culture in Qitai County in history and the basic situation of the mass culture in Qitai County today, including the mass cultural facilities and the contents of the mass cultural activities. The third part: the interpretation of the cultural function of the masses in Qitai County. This paper mainly interprets the function of mass culture in Qitai County, that is, entertainment and fitness function, propaganda and education function, communication function and unity function. Part IV: Qitai County mass culture problems and suggestions. This paper mainly points out the problems existing in the development of the mass culture in Qitai County, that is, the insufficient investment of funds, the relative lag of the space facilities of the mass culture, the defects in the mass cultural activities, and the deficiency in the mass culture activities. In this foundation to the new situation under the Qitai County mass culture development concrete suggestion. The last part of the paper: conclusion. The main points of this paper are as follows: first, as a region inhabited by many nationalities, Qitai's regional character of mass culture is related to the diversity of other nationalities, and it is the fusion of the traditional culture of the Central Plains and the regional culture of Qitai. The formation of a culture with distinct regional characteristics. Second, the content of Qitai's mass culture is based on entertainment and fitness, and along with the propaganda and education of stronger entertainment forms, it is to regulate and control each group member, not only to make the group tend to be harmonious. It also enables people to have a stronger sense of identity and great cohesion, thus achieving the role of unity. Third, in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, starting with the background of "big culture", starting with the construction of "small culture", taking the masses as the main body, adhering to the principle of "three closeness" and coming from practice to practice, We should give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the people of all nationalities, treat the folk culture correctly, promote the integration of national culture, and form a situation of cultural interaction among the multi-national people with regional characteristics.
