基于生态文明建设的天津市文化产业发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济快速发展,我国已成为世界第二大经济体,但粗放式的发展方式带来的环境问题也日益凸显,影响着人们的生活,威胁着人们的健康,转变经济发展方式、建设生态文明日益迫切。为此,党的十八大强调要继续推进经济结构战略性调整,并从战略的高度,做出了“大力推进加快生态文明建设”的重要决策,要求“把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程”,十八届三中全会更是明确提出要“建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系”。文化产业具有低碳、环保的绿色属性,是经济结构调整、建设生态文明的重要抓手。因而,从生态文明透视文化产业发展,提升文化产业的绿色属性,已成为学界研究的重要课题。本文通过对国内外文献的梳理,总结分析了文化产业对经济、环境的贡献,阐明了文化产业发展与生态文明建设之间的内在联系,解析了绿色文化产业的概念与内涵。对近年来天津市总体经济水平以及文化产业数据的进行了分析,利用区位熵法和生态熵法对天津市绿色文化水平进行测度,并对天津市生态文明建设程度与绿色文化产业发展进行了纵向和横向对比分析。结合天津市绿色文化产业发展基础和条件,挖掘制约其绿色文化产业的发展因素,结合国内外发展绿色文化产业的成功经验,提出天津市绿色文化产业发展对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, China has become the second largest economy in the world, but the environmental problems brought by extensive development mode are increasingly prominent, which affect people's lives, threaten people's health and change the mode of economic development. It is increasingly urgent to build ecological civilization. To this end, the 18th National Congress of the Party stressed the need to continue to push forward the strategic adjustment of the economic structure, and from a strategic height, made an important decision to "vigorously promote and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization," and demanded that "the construction of ecological civilization be placed in a prominent position." Integration into economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, and social construction all aspects and the whole process, "the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also explicitly proposed to" establish a systematic and complete system of ecological civilization system. " The cultural industry has the green attribute of low carbon and environmental protection, which is an important grasp in the adjustment of economic structure and the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, it has become an important subject of academic research to perspective the development of cultural industry from the perspective of ecological civilization and to promote the green attribute of cultural industry. By combing the literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes the contribution of cultural industry to economy and environment, clarifies the internal relationship between the development of cultural industry and the construction of ecological civilization, and analyzes the concept and connotation of green cultural industry. This paper analyzes the overall economic level and cultural industry data of Tianjin in recent years, and measures the green culture level of Tianjin by using location entropy method and ecological entropy method. The degree of ecological civilization construction and the development of green culture industry in Tianjin are compared and analyzed vertically and horizontally. Combined with the basis and conditions of the development of Tianjin green culture industry, this paper excavates the development factors that restrict its green culture industry, and combines the successful experience of developing the green culture industry at home and abroad, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of Tianjin's green culture industry.
