由社区联盟主导的集体表演——布鲁日圣血大游行的保护与传承

【摘要】：比利时佛兰德斯地区在《保护非物质文化遗产公约》的指导下,制定了本地非物质文化遗产保护政策,为当地非遗工作的开展提供了良好的政策环境和有益指导。该政策强调社群或团体在非遗传承中的主体地位,以及非遗的综合性与动态特征。在布鲁日圣血大游行中,当地社区形成联盟,担任了该项目传承的主要角色:主持者(圣血荣誉兄弟会)、协调者(当地非遗组织)、参与者(居民)。其中,作为沟通枢纽的当地非遗组织发挥了重要作用,它通过设计教育包,深入社区的互动项目,举办论坛吸收国际经验等方式,加深了当地居民对非遗概念的了解,促进了圣血大游行在当地社区的推广,为大游行的传承补充了新的生力军。坚持非遗核心质素的"不变"与适应当代环境的适度的"变",使圣血大游行成为一场源自民间,由民间主导的盛大表演。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Flanders, Belgium, a policy for the protection of local intangible cultural heritage has been formulated, which provides a good policy environment and beneficial guidance for the development of local non-heritage work. The policy emphasizes the dominant position of community or group in the inheritance of non-inheritance, as well as the comprehensive and dynamic characteristics of non-posthumous inheritance. In Bruges, the local community formed an alliance that played a major role in the project's legacy: the moderator (the Holy Blood Honor Brotherhood, the coordinator) (the local non-legacy organization, the participants (residents). Among them, local non-legacy organizations, as communication hubs, have played an important role in deepening the understanding of the concept of non-legacy among the local population through the design of educational packages, in-depth community interaction projects, and the holding of forums to absorb international experience. It promotes the promotion of the Saint Blood Parade in the local community, and provides a new force for the passing of the Parade. Adhering to the "invariance" of the core quality of non-legacy and the moderate "change" adapted to the contemporary environment, the Saint Blood Parade has become a grand performance from the people and led by the people.
