内蒙古农村牧区文化传承与创新研究

【摘要】：本论文的分析对象为内蒙古牧区文化在可持续发展视角下的发展,对国家宏观全局的统筹和协调,与内蒙古牧区文化传承创新发展问的关系进行探讨。试图借助典型分析,对具有广泛性意义的政策建议,在全国牧区的推广进行解析。牧区文化在可持续发展环境中的传承创新,一方面与国家安全、边疆安宁的维护,民族的团结息息相关,另一方面与牧区牧民收入、生活水平的提升,资源利用、生态环境保护等紧密相连,因此,无论从理论意义,还是从现实意义上讲,探讨牧区经济社会的可持续发展都至关重要。本文支撑点为相关理论如理论分析、公共政策等,基于调研分析,理论依据来源于多层次的相关资料,对内蒙古牧区文化在可持续发展环境中的传承创新局面进行着重分析,随后,对内蒙古牧区文化传承创新过程中,取得的成就和遭遇的瓶颈进行探讨,同时结合自身具备的内蒙古如今的文化建设相关知识,实证分析了牧区文化传承创新发展,并提出具有针对性的可持续发展政策建议。第一部分,绪论。分析研究背景、研究意义,对相关研究进行梳理总结,并阐述文章的研究思路与方法；第二部分,基本概念阐述及理论基础。对牧区文化、牧区可持续发展、可持续发展文化理论进行探讨,分析牧区文化的战略地位和牧区文化变迁的意义；第三部分,内蒙古牧区文化传承创新的实证分析。分析内蒙古牧区文化传承创新的现状,研究内蒙古牧区文化传承创新的主要问题,找出原因,并分析可持续发展视角下内蒙古牧区文化传承创新的历史机遇；第四部分,可持续发展视角下内蒙古农村牧区文化传承与创新的对策。首先从宏观角度提出可持续发展视角下内蒙古农村牧区文化传承与创新的对策,然后从具体的方法提出可持续发展视角下内蒙古农村牧区文化传承与创新的对策；第五部分,结论与不足,对研究进行总结,对存在的不足进行分析。
[Abstract]:The object of this paper is the development of Inner Mongolia pastoral culture from the perspective of sustainable development. The relationship between the overall national macro overall situation and the innovation and development of Inner Mongolia pastoral culture inheritance and development is discussed. With the help of typical analysis, this paper attempts to analyze the spread of policy recommendations in the pastoral areas of the whole country. The inheritance and innovation of pastoral culture in the environment of sustainable development, on the one hand, is closely related to national security, the maintenance of tranquillity in the border areas, the unity of the nation, on the other hand, it is closely related to the income and living standards of herdsmen in pastoral areas, and the utilization of resources. Ecological environment protection is closely linked, so it is very important to discuss the sustainable development of economy and society in pastoral areas both theoretically and practically. The supporting point of this paper is related theories, such as theoretical analysis, public policy, etc., based on investigation and analysis, the theoretical basis comes from multi-level related information, and focuses on the inheritance and innovation of Inner Mongolia pastoral culture in the sustainable development environment. Then, the paper discusses the achievements and bottlenecks in the process of cultural inheritance and innovation in Inner Mongolia pastoral areas, and analyzes the innovation and development of cultural heritage in pastoral areas by combining with the relevant knowledge of cultural construction in Inner Mongolia today. And put forward targeted sustainable development policy recommendations. The first part, introduction. Analyze the research background, research significance, summarize the relevant research, and explain the research ideas and methods; part two, the basic concepts and theoretical basis. This paper probes into the culture of pastoral areas, sustainable development of pastoral areas and the cultural theory of sustainable development, analyzes the strategic position of pastoral culture and the significance of cultural changes in pastoral areas; the third part, the empirical analysis of cultural inheritance and innovation in Inner Mongolia pastoral areas. Analyze the present situation of Inner Mongolia pastoral cultural heritage innovation, study the main problems of Inner Mongolia pastoral cultural heritage innovation, find out the reasons, and analyze the historical opportunities of Inner Mongolia pastoral cultural heritage innovation under the perspective of sustainable development; part four, The countermeasures of cultural inheritance and innovation in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral areas from the perspective of sustainable development. First from the macro perspective of sustainable development in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral culture heritage and innovation countermeasures, and then from the perspective of sustainable development of Inner Mongolia rural pastoral culture heritage and innovation countermeasures; part five, Conclusion and deficiency, summarize the research and analyze the deficiency.
