信息时代文化交往的困境及其和谐拓展

【摘要】：随着信息技术的发展,基于网络的文化交往作为一种新型文化样态,迅速占据了人们生活的各个角落,日益成为信息社会的主流交往形式。基于网络的交往丰富多样,同时也产生诸多问题和风险,主要表现为虚拟交往与现实交往的普遍异化、现代与传统的全方位冲突、全球文化交往的多方面摩擦。网络自身局限、网络主体行为失范、网络监管"把关人"困境是信息时代文化交往困境产生的根源。信息时代文化交往的和谐拓展,应建构社会主义核心价值的网络文化观,激发网络主体的正能量,建立现代网络监管制度。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, network-based cultural communication, as a new cultural model, has rapidly occupied every corner of people's life and become the mainstream communication form of information society day by day. The communication based on the network is rich and diverse, but also has many problems and risks, mainly manifested in the general alienation of virtual communication and realistic communication, the omni-directional conflict between modern and traditional, and the friction in various aspects of global cultural communication. The limitation of the network itself, the abnormal behavior of the network subject and the dilemma of "gatekeeper" in the network supervision are the root of the dilemma of cultural communication in the information age. The harmonious expansion of cultural communication in the information age should construct the network culture view of the socialist core value, stimulate the positive energy of the network subject, and establish the modern network supervision system.
