国际文化贸易人才培养模式构建研究

【摘要】：在对国际文化贸易人才能力构成进行分析的基础上,提出我国国际文化贸易人才培养的模式与目标,包括理论能力、实践能力和创新能力等三个培养建设体系在内的国际文化贸易人才模式构建的途径,最后给出优化我国国际文化贸易人才培养的建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the composition of talents' ability in international cultural trade, this paper puts forward the mode and goal of cultivating talents in international cultural trade, including theoretical ability. This paper discusses the ways to construct the talent model of international cultural trade, which includes three systems of cultivation and construction, such as practical ability and innovation ability, and finally gives some suggestions on how to optimize the cultivation of talents in international cultural trade in China.
