共享视域下的网络文化建设:从问题分析到系统建构

【摘要】：在共享发展理念指引下,我国网络文化建设迎来了新的契机。然而,受网络文化建设过程中一系列矛盾的影响,网络文化在共享机会、共享能力、共享水平等方面还存在一些欠缺。进一步加强网络文化建设,全面实现网络文化"人人参与、人人尽力、人人享有",需要建构全新的网络文化系统,即以法治思维引领网络空间治理,以价值认同汇聚网络文化正能量,以市场导向激活网络文化新业态,以有效供给提升网络公共文化服务。
[Abstract]:Guided by the concept of shared development, the construction of network culture in China ushered in a new opportunity. However, under the influence of a series of contradictions in the process of network culture construction, there are still some deficiencies in network culture in sharing opportunity, sharing ability, sharing level and so on. To further strengthen the construction of network culture, and to fully realize the network culture of "everyone participates, everyone tries its best, everyone enjoys", it is necessary to construct a completely new network culture system, that is, to lead cyberspace governance by the thinking of rule of law, The positive energy of network culture is converged with value identity and the new form of network culture is activated by market orientation in order to effectively supply and promote network public cultural services.
