群众文化的社会功能和文化价值初探

【摘要】：近些年来越来越多的城市群众文化路线兴起。大型文化活动的举办不再是各个文化局的专属活动。在许多城市的群众文化战线,精彩的大型文化活动的事例比比皆是,活动的种类繁多,形式多样,给人们的生活带来了不一样的色彩。人民在进步,时代在召唤,随着生活水平的提高,物质生活的满足,人们开始追求精神层面的文化。时代要求也是人们自身需求加入到群众文化的浪潮中。作为一名群众文化工作者,责任重大,为了人民的幸福文化生活而努力是我义不容辞的责任,一定尽最大努力将这项工作做到最好,满足人民的需求。地方群众文化活动的主要作用有两个,首先提供了属于老百姓的文化舞台;其次文化舞台能够加强不同地方人们之间的交流,成为文化交流的重要途径。群众路线中的文化活动符合大众要求,具有健康生活色彩,富有地方民族特色。我市大连的风景山水文化闻名世界,所以我们的文化活动主题应该围绕着大连的美好进行,即做出了宣传活动,也丰富了人民的业余生活。策划群众大型文化活动,是一个不断探索发现,进行活动创新的过程。实事求是时文化活动的指导信条,要做到丰富多彩,但不可急功近利,形式主义。一切为群众的幸福生活着想。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more urban mass cultural line has emerged. The holding of large-scale cultural events is no longer the exclusive activity of each culture bureau. On the mass cultural front in many cities, examples of splendid large-scale cultural activities abound. The variety and forms of activities bring different colors to people's lives. People are progressing and times are calling. With the improvement of living standard and the satisfaction of material life, people begin to pursue spiritual culture. The requirement of the times is that people's own needs join the tide of mass culture. As a mass cultural worker, it is my unshirkable duty to work hard for the people's happy cultural life. We must do our best to meet the needs of the people. There are two main functions of the local mass cultural activities: firstly, it provides the cultural stage belonging to the common people; secondly, the cultural stage can strengthen the communication between people in different places and become an important way of cultural exchange. The cultural activities in the mass line meet the requirements of the masses, have the color of healthy life and are rich in local national characteristics. The landscape culture of Dalian is famous all over the world, so the theme of our cultural activities should revolve around the beauty of Dalian, which not only makes propaganda activities, but also enriches the amateur life of the people. Planning mass large-scale cultural activities, is a continuous exploration and discovery, activity innovation process. In seeking truth from facts, the guiding creed of cultural activities should be rich and colorful, but not eager for quick achievement and instant benefit, formalism. Everything is for the sake of the happy life of the masses.
