文化理论:从马克思到西方马克思主义

【摘要】：文化的形态与发展虽然有其相对的自律性,但它受到社会历史生活的影响,对文化的研究不仅要考察其内在的逻辑,而且要考察产生这一逻辑的社会历史生活,这是历史唯物主义在文化研究上的方法论基础。马克思的这一方法直接影响到许多西方马克思主义者,他们力图在变化了的社会历史生活与变化了的思想观念中,建构新的文化理论,以回应社会历史提出的问题,总体性与领导权、多元决定与意识形态问题、作为文化解释符码的生产方式理论等等,这些思考都体现了西方马克思主义者的上述意图。对文化理论的这种变迁的考察,不仅有助于提升文化研究中的自觉意识,而且为发展历史唯物主义的文化理论提供了批评与借鉴的理论资源。
[Abstract]:Although the form and development of culture has its relative self-discipline, it is influenced by the social and historical life. The study of culture should examine not only its internal logic, but also the social and historical life that gave rise to this logic. This is the methodological basis of historical materialism in cultural research. This method of Marx has a direct impact on many Western Marxists, who try to construct new cultural theory in the changed social and historical life and ideology, in order to respond to the questions raised by social history. The thought of totality and leadership, pluralistic decision and ideology, as the mode of production theory of cultural explanation code, and so on, all reflect the above-mentioned intention of western Marxists. The investigation of this change of cultural theory not only helps to promote the consciousness of culture research, but also provides theoretical resources for criticism and reference for the development of cultural theory of historical materialism.
