当前我国文化自觉问题研究

【摘要】：在文化全球化交流日益频繁、多元文化共生的今天,文化自觉既是民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉，又是综合国力竞争的重要因素。一个国家是否具有高度的文化自觉,不仅关系到本民族文化的振兴与繁荣,而且决定着中华民族是否能实现伟大复兴。 本文的目的在于分析文化自觉基本理论的基础上，对当前我国的文化自觉现状作一个系统的分析,进而提出实现文化自觉的途径。文章除去引言和结论外共分四部分。 第一部分：文化自觉的基本理论。该部分首先对文化自觉的含义进行界定，在借鉴并综合当前人们对于文化自觉研究的基础上，指出文化自觉就是在文化多元化的背景下，人们对自身文化的自知之明、对传统文化的批判继承、对外来文化的博采众长以及对未来文化的积极建设。其次是阐述文化自觉的特征，指出文化自觉既是一种自觉接受、主动追求和自觉践行的理性意识，也是一种自我批判、自我扬弃、自我超越与自我更新的实践过程。最后，根据时代的发展要求及我国国情概述当前提升文化自觉的重要性，它既是文化繁荣发展的思想基础和先决条件；又是促进人的全面发展的重要手段；还是国家文化安全的屏障。 第二部分：当前我国文化自觉现状。当前，我国正处于社会的转型期，各种文化、思潮互相交融。这种情况下，人们或是理性对待各种文化冲突，表现出文化的自觉意识；或是成为多元文化的被动接受者，在文化选择上不自觉地表现出茫然与困惑。具体而言，该部分一方面指出了当前我国文化自觉性的表现，包括发展社会主义先进文化、实施文化“走出去”战略、继承与创新中华文化；另一方面指出了当前我国文化自觉缺失的表现，包括文化价值观念的错位与迷失、对自身文化自觉性的缺失、对西方文化自觉性的缺失三个方面。 第三部分：当前我国文化自觉缺失的原因分析。一是全球化时代文化价值观念呈现出多元化，主要由于西方文化价值观念的渗透、市场化经济体制下价值观念的变化、社会核心价值体系脱离大众三个方面；二是当前我国对于自身文化传承不足，主要由于学校、政府的责任担当不足造成的。 第四部分：当前我国文化自觉实现的路径。该部分是本文的落脚点，，通过分析当前我国文化自觉的缺失提出对应的策略。具体而言，通过加强对自身文化的正确理解与认知实现历史自觉；通过提高人的文化素质和道德观念实现德性自觉；通过在文化领域创建科学化和规范化的制度体系实现制度自觉；通过自觉与西方文化交流并完美融合实现交融自觉；最终实现中华民族的文化自觉。
[Abstract]:Cultural consciousness is not only an important source of national cohesion and creativity, but also an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength. Whether a country has a high degree of cultural consciousness is not only related to the rejuvenation and prosperity of its own culture, but also determines whether the Chinese nation can realize the great rejuvenation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the basic theory of cultural consciousness, to make a systematic analysis of the present situation of cultural consciousness in our country, and then to put forward the way to realize cultural consciousness. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided into four parts. The first part: the basic theory of cultural consciousness. This part first defines the meaning of cultural consciousness, on the basis of drawing lessons from and synthesizing the current research on cultural consciousness, points out that cultural consciousness is the self-knowledge of one's own culture under the background of cultural pluralism. The criticism and inheritance of traditional culture, the extensive adoption of foreign culture and the positive construction of future culture. Secondly, it expounds the characteristics of cultural consciousness, and points out that cultural consciousness is not only a rational consciousness of consciously accepting, actively pursuing and consciously practicing, but also a practical process of self-criticism, self-sublation, self-transcendence and self-renewal. Finally, according to the development requirements of the times and the national conditions of our country, the importance of promoting cultural consciousness is summarized, which is not only the ideological basis and prerequisite for the development of cultural prosperity, but also an important means to promote the all-round development of human beings. Or the national cultural security barrier. The second part: the present situation of our country's cultural consciousness. At present, our country is in the social transition period, each kind of culture, the ideological trend blends mutually. In this case, people either treat various cultural conflicts rationally, show the conscious consciousness of culture, or become passive receivers of multiculturalism, and unconsciously show perplexity and confusion in cultural choice. Specifically speaking, on the one hand, this part points out the manifestation of cultural consciousness in our country, including the development of advanced socialist culture, the implementation of cultural "going out" strategy, the inheritance and innovation of Chinese culture; On the other hand, it points out the expression of our country's cultural consciousness at present, including the dislocation and loss of cultural values, the lack of self-consciousness of our own culture, and the lack of consciousness of western culture. The third part: the reason that our country culture consciousness lacks at present. Firstly, the cultural values in the era of globalization are diversified, mainly due to the infiltration of the western cultural values, the changes of the values under the market-oriented economic system, and the separation of the social core value system from the public. The second is the deficiency of our own cultural heritage, mainly due to the school, the government's responsibility is inadequate. The fourth part: the current path of the realization of cultural consciousness in our country. This part is the foothold of this paper, through the analysis of the current lack of cultural consciousness in China to put forward the corresponding strategy. Specifically, we should realize the historical consciousness by strengthening the correct understanding and cognition of our own culture, the realization of virtue consciousness by improving people's cultural quality and moral concept. Through the establishment of a scientific and standardized system in the field of culture, the realization of institutional consciousness, the realization of the consciousness of blending through conscious exchanges with western cultures and perfect fusion, and the ultimate realization of the cultural consciousness of the Chinese nation.
