黑龙江省文化产业产学研协同创新体系构建

【摘要】：针对黑龙江省文化产业的发展问题,采用文献法,分析了黑龙江省文化产业发展现状及制约文化产业产学研协同创新的主要因素,提出构建文化产业产学研协同创新体系框架模型,根据优势互补的原则确定产、学、研三者之间的互动关系和协同创新体系的运作流程。研究结果为黑龙江省文化产业发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province, this paper analyzes the present situation of cultural industry development in Heilongjiang Province and the main factors restricting the collaborative innovation of cultural industry, education and research. This paper puts forward a framework model of collaborative innovation system of industry, university and research in cultural industry, and determines the interaction among production, learning and research and the operation process of collaborative innovation system according to the principle of complementary advantages. The results provide a reference for the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province.
