“大数据”与少数民族传统文艺保护传承的新模式

【摘要】：大数据的兴起对少数民族传统文艺的保护传承具有重要意义。它有助于少数民族传统文艺的数据化处理,突破了口传心授等少数民族文艺的传统传承模式,有助于少数民族文艺的精准扶持和产业化发展,拓宽了公众参与少数民族传统文艺传承保护的途径,可以促进少数民族传统文艺研究的深度和广度。但是,民族地区财政能力有限,信息化建设投入不足,数字化人才匮乏,导致少数民族传统文艺资源数字化水平偏低。为此,需要加快少数民族语言文字的信息化,以大数据应用为导向培养少数民族技术人才,积极吸纳社会资源推进少数民族传统文艺资源的数字化和大数据应用平台建设,同时加强大数据的社会载体建设。
[Abstract]:The rise of big data is of great significance to the protection and inheritance of traditional literature and art of ethnic minorities. It contributes to the data processing of minority traditional literature and art, breaks through the traditional inheritance mode of ethnic minority literature and art such as oral communication, and contributes to the precise support and industrial development of ethnic minority literature and art. It broadens the way for the public to participate in the inheritance and protection of minority traditional literature and art, and can promote the depth and breadth of minority traditional literature and art research. However, the limited financial capacity, the lack of investment in information construction and the lack of digital talents in minority areas lead to the low level of digitization of traditional literature and art resources of ethnic minorities. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the informatization of minority languages and characters, to train ethnic minority technical personnel with big data as the guidance, and to actively absorb social resources to promote the digitization of ethnic minority traditional literary and artistic resources and the construction of big data application platform. At the same time, strengthen the construction of big data's social carrier.
