中国文化在拉美的传播——与阿根廷中国问题专家对话

【摘要】：中国改革开放30多年来,在经济方面取得了举世瞩目的成绩,军事国防力量也大幅增强。同时,中国还积极参与国际事务,以期为世界的和平发展做出一个大国应有的贡献。然而,在国际范围内,中国的文化吸引力、价值观吸引力仍与我们的期望有一定差距,这就亟须提升我国的软实力,而文化的对外传播是提升软实力的有效途径。本文从中国在当今国际秩序中的处境探讨了中国文化对外传播的必要性,并从中国文化的当代价值方面探讨了中国文化对外传播的意义。在此基础上,本文根据对阿根廷中国问题专家、学者及部分当地媒体的采访,分析了中国文化在阿根廷传播的现状。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, China has made remarkable economic achievements and greatly strengthened its military and national defense forces. At the same time, China also actively participates in international affairs, with a view to making a great country's due contribution to the peaceful development of the world. However, in the international context, China's cultural attraction and value attraction still have a certain gap with our expectations, so it is urgent to enhance our country's soft power, and the external dissemination of culture is an effective way to enhance the soft power. This paper probes into the necessity of Chinese cultural communication from the point of view of China's current situation in the international order, and discusses the significance of Chinese cultural external communication from the contemporary value of Chinese culture. On this basis, according to the interviews of Argentine experts, scholars and some local media, this paper analyzes the present situation of the dissemination of Chinese culture in Argentina.
