论德鲁克创新文化思想

【摘要】:彼得·德鲁克(1909—2005),是管理学科的重要开创者,被人称为“现代管理学之父”,是管理界受人尊敬的思想大师。他一生都在探索连续和变革之间的平衡,在他庞大的思想体系中,创新思想是他思想体系的核心和灵魂。本文从文化的视角对德鲁克创新思想进行探讨,通过构建系统的创新理论,用价值观和思想引导企业家积极有效创新,为社会发展作出贡献。本文主要包括以下内容: 第一部分(第一章),德鲁克创新文化思想背景分析。20世纪50年代到80年代,欧洲经济发展普遍滞后,美国却兴起了大量的就业现象。德鲁克在继承熊彼特创新理论的基础上,将其发展延伸,并对上述现象进行解释:在经济发展中,创新是维持社会变革与发展平衡的重要手段。文中对德鲁克的创新概念做出了界定:创新是对物质、知识等资源产出的改变,目的是为社会创造价值。 第二部分(第二——四章),德鲁克创新文化思想主要内容分析。德鲁克创新文化思想主要包括组织创新文化思想、市场创新文化思想和企业家创新文化思想三方面的内容。 从创新的载体分析,组织创新文化思想包括知识社会和未来社会组织的创新。知识社会组织中,组织以具有灵活性和高效的团队合作形式进行组织。未来社会组织中,组织的结构形式超越了行业内部纯粹个人的组织,跨行业跨部门的系统组织成为发展的需要,组织的创新需要建立独立的创新机构,需要规划未来资本,需要建立高层管理团队,还需要建立创新评估体系。 从创新的客体分析,市场创新文化思想包括产品和客户创新。产品的创新不仅是技术创造,还可以通过观念的转变或是对产品进行改造,或是发现老产品的新用途。客户创新需要以市场为导向,颠覆客户期望价值,满足客户需求。要做到市场创新需要有计划地放弃旧事物,还要树立市场远景目标。 从创新的主体分析,企业家创新文化思想中,企业家是创新的主体,创新是企业家精神的标志。企业家的创新是有目的有计划的实践,他们从事件、程序和结构、人口、认知和新知识的变化中寻找创新机遇。企业家根据创新活动的实际采用控制权为目标的竞争性策略或是采用免受竞争挑战的策略。 第三部分(第五章),德鲁克创新文化思想的启示分析。德鲁克创新文化思想具有深刻的现实意义:创新是把观念转化为实践的活动,有效的创新可以通过实践来学习。通过对海尔企业文化创新建设的案例分析,证实了德鲁克创新文化思想在中国具有实践性和可操作性,同时,得出了我国企业文化创新建设的一些启示:一是营造创新氛围,,二是创建学习型组织,三是充分发挥企业家的作用,四是进行系统整体化建设。
[Abstract]:Peter Drucker (1909 / 2005), an important founder of management, is known as the father of modern management and a respected master of thought in the field of management. He has been exploring the balance between continuity and change all his life. In his huge ideological system, innovative thought is the core and soul of his ideological system. This paper probes into Drucker's innovative thought from the angle of culture, through constructing systematic innovation theory, guiding entrepreneurs to innovate actively and effectively with values and thoughts, and making contribution to the development of society. This paper mainly includes the following contents: the first part (Chapter one), the background analysis of Drucker's innovative culture. From 1950s to 1980s, European economic development generally lagged behind, but a large number of employment phenomena arose in the United States. On the basis of inheriting Schumpeter's innovation theory, Drucker extends its development and explains the above phenomena: innovation is an important means to maintain the balance of social change and development in economic development. In this paper, Drucker's concept of innovation is defined: innovation is a change in the output of material, knowledge and other resources in order to create value for the society. The second part (the second-fourth chapter), the main content analysis of Drucker's creative culture thought. Drucker's creative culture thought mainly includes organizational innovation culture thought, market innovation culture thought and entrepreneur innovation culture thought. From the analysis of the carrier of innovation, organizational innovation culture includes the innovation of knowledge society and future social organization. In the knowledge society organization, the organization is organized in the form of flexible and efficient team work. In the future social organization, the structure of the organization goes beyond the purely individual organization within the industry, the cross-industry and cross-sectoral system organization becomes the need for development, the innovation of the organization needs to establish an independent innovation institution, and the future capital needs to be planned. Need to build a senior management team, but also need to establish an innovative evaluation system. From the analysis of the object of innovation, the thought of market innovation culture includes product and customer innovation. Product innovation is not only technological creation, but also changes in ideas or changes in the product, or discovery of new uses of older products. Customer innovation needs market-oriented, subversive customer expected value, to meet customer needs. To achieve market innovation requires a planned abandonment of old things, but also the establishment of market vision goals. From the analysis of innovation subject, entrepreneur is the main body of innovation and innovation is the symbol of entrepreneur spirit. Entrepreneurial innovation is a purposeful and planned practice that seeks innovation opportunities from changes in events, procedures and structures, population, cognition, and new knowledge. Entrepreneurs adopt competitive strategies based on the actual use of control in innovative activities or strategies that are immune to competitive challenges. The third part (chapter five), the enlightenment analysis of Drucker's innovative cultural thought. Drucker's creative cultural thought has a profound practical significance: innovation is the activity of transforming ideas into practice, and effective innovation can be learned through practice. Through the case analysis of Haier's enterprise culture innovation construction, it is proved that Drucker's innovation culture thought has practicality and maneuverability in China. At the same time, some enlightenments of our country's enterprise culture innovation construction are drawn: first, to create the innovation atmosphere. The second is to establish the learning organization, the third is to give full play to the role of entrepreneurs, and the fourth is to carry on the systematic and integral construction.
