文化自信:全面深化改革战略定力的价值支持

【摘要】：全面深化改革是习近平总书记"四个全面"战略思想的重要组成部分,全球化、多元化、市场化是全面深化改革最鲜明的时代底色,全球化场域下异质趋同与民族文化排他斥异的矛盾与张力、多元化论域下主流消解与主导文化凝聚共识的矛盾与张力、市场化时域下物化膨胀与中国文化精神供给的矛盾与张力彰显着文化自信的时代价值与意义。在改革道路定力、改革方向定力、改革制度定力的战略定力维系中,文化自信是更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信。当前以民族精神与时代精神的共筑为主轴、正解改革实践,以马克思主义的时代价值彰显为指引、凝聚改革共识,以集体意识与主体叙事的确立为归宿、汲取改革力量是全面深化改革战略定力的价值引领与建构。
[Abstract]:Deepening reform in an all-round way is an important part of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "four comprehensive" strategic thinking. Globalization, diversification, and marketization are the most distinctive background of deepening reform in an all-round way. The contradiction and tension of heterogeneous convergence and exclusive rejection of national culture in the field of globalization, and the contradiction and tension of consensus between mainstream digestion and leading culture in the field of diversification. The contradiction between materialized expansion and the supply of Chinese cultural spirit in the time domain of marketization shows the value and significance of cultural confidence in the times. In the strategic fixed force maintenance of the reform road, the reform direction and the reform system, cultural self-confidence is the more basic, broader and deeper self-confidence. At present, the common construction of national spirit and the spirit of the times is the main axis, the reform practice is properly understood, the value of Marxism is demonstrated as the guide, the consensus of reform is condensed, and the establishment of collective consciousness and subject narration is the end result. Absorbing the power of reform is the value guidance and construction of deepening the strategy of reform in an all-round way.
