中国传统文化融入青少年思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：优秀传统文化是中华民族几千年来宝贵的精神遗产和智力资源,滋润着民族的精神家园。当前,全球化进程越来越快,国际上的经济、信息、技术等的交流日益频繁,使得地球上的各个国家逐渐构成一个相互依赖的统一体。中国正处于社会转型期,社会价值文化呈现多元化特征,各种思潮不断涌现。青少年在成长阶段培育自己的价值观时,一方面会受到传统先进文化理念的影响,另一方面也不可避免地会受到外来文化理念的影响。这两方面都会影响着青少年世界观、人生观、价值观的形成,这给新时期青少年的思想政治工作带来了机遇和挑战。对青少年进行思想道德教育,需要继承和发扬中华民族的优秀传统文化,深入挖掘其中的思想内涵,将他们培养成社会需要的优秀人才,这是摆在高校思想政治教育工作者面前的任务和使命。本文主要分四个部分对中国传统文化及其在当代大学生思想政治教育中的缺失与构建进行了系统的探讨。第一部分概述,主要是对传统文化概念的厘定;阐明了传统文化的特征及其优点。第二部分,探讨了传统文化融入青少年思想政治教育的可行性、必要性和价值。第三部分,分析了传统文化在青少年思想政治教育中缺失的表现和原因,以便为改进和加强大学生思想政治教育工作提供现实依据。第四部分,从创新观念、探索原则,改进方法、营建环境等四个方面,论述了传统文化在青少年思想政治教育中的构建,目的是切实提高青少年思想政治教育,培养社会需要的优秀人才。
[Abstract]:The excellent traditional culture is the precious spiritual heritage and intellectual resources of the Chinese nation for thousands of years, and the spiritual home of the nation. At present, the process of globalization is becoming more and more rapid, and the exchange of international economic, information, technology and so on is becoming more and more frequent, so that the countries on the earth gradually form an interdependent united body. China is in the period of social transformation, and the social value culture has diversified characteristics, and various thoughts of thought are constantly emerging. When the young people cultivate their values in the growing stage, on the one hand, they will be influenced by the traditional advanced culture concept, and on the other hand, they will inevitably be influenced by the concept of the foreign culture. The two aspects influence the formation of the youth world view, the outlook on life and the value, which brings the opportunity and challenge to the ideological and political work of the young people in the new period. The ideological and moral education of the young people needs to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, to deeply explore the content of the thought in it, and to train them into the talents of the society, which is the task and mission before the ideological and political educators of the university. This paper is mainly divided into four parts to discuss the Chinese traditional culture and its deficiency and construction in the contemporary college students' ideological and political education. The first part is the definition of the traditional culture, and the features and advantages of the traditional culture. The second part discusses the feasibility, necessity and value of the traditional culture integration into the youth's ideological and political education. The third part analyzes the performance and causes of the deficiency of the traditional culture in the ideological and political education of the young people, so as to provide the practical basis for improving and strengthening the ideological and political education of the college students. The fourth part discusses the construction of the traditional culture in the ideological and political education of the young people from four aspects, such as the concept of innovation, the exploration principle, the improvement method, the construction environment and the like, and aims at effectively improving the ideological and political education of the young people and cultivating the talents of the society.
