乡土食品的文化意义与现代传承

【摘要】:在当下中国大力发展以乡土文化为依托的乡村休闲旅游产业的战略支撑及城市人乡土情感回归意愿增强的背景下,针对当前乡土食品面临着被淡忘甚至消亡的问题,从探讨乡土食品与乡村文化发展的关系出发,剖析了乡土食品所拥有的生态文化内涵、历史文化内涵以及情感内涵的三大文化意义,解读了现代食品生态绿色和文化回归的现象,提出了包含严格保育乡土食品依赖的自然环境、重塑传承乡土食品文化的活力乡村,以及培育并创新利用传达乡土文化情感内涵的现代媒介的三大乡土食品的现代传承策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the strategic support of China's vigorous development of rural leisure tourism industry based on local culture and the enhancement of urban people's willingness to return to local emotion, aiming at the problem that local food is facing the problem of being forgotten or even dying out, this paper analyzes the ecological and cultural connotation, historical and cultural connotation and emotional connotation of local food from the perspective of the relationship between local food and the development of rural culture. This paper interprets the phenomenon of ecological green and cultural return of modern food, and puts forward three modern inheritance strategies of local food, which include strictly conserving the natural environment dependent on local food, reshaping the dynamic countryside of inheriting local food culture, and cultivating and innovating the use of modern media which conveys the emotional connotation of local culture.
