《承政院日记》的编纂、存补与史料价值

【摘要】：《承政院日记》是由朝鲜王朝掌管文书出纳的机构——承政院依时序编纂的以君王活动为中心的国政运作记录。其编纂主要由承政院注书负责,每天由一名注书和两名翰林随侍君王左右记录时事,参酌承政院经手的文书及座目、天气等情况,转誊而形成当天日记,月底汇编成册。由于战争、火灾等原因,如今流传下来的《承政院日记》从仁祖元年(1623)三月到隆熙四年(1910)八月,共3244册,保存在首尔大学奎章阁。到1977年,韩国国史编纂委员会完成了对《承政院日记》的楷书誊写和影印出版。在笔者所能见到的资料中,中国学者关于承政院和《承政院日记》的专题研究还没有。本文依据《承政院日记》并参考《朝鲜王朝实录》、《备边司誊录》、《朝鲜文集丛刊》等资料,分三部分探讨了《承政院日记》的编纂、存补和史料价值。第一部分论述《承政院日记》的编纂背景、记录体例、编纂目的、编纂条件、编纂人员和编纂过程。第二部分考察《承政院日记》的留存、补修和出版情况。第三部分分析《承政院日记》的基本内容和史料价值。通过对《承政院日记》的初步考察,笔者认为:《承政院日记》中诸承旨的启辞记录了承政院人员入值、政令传达、奏疏入启、文书处理、引见大臣、人员调用、问安问诊等情况,是研究承政院及其他官衙机构运作的重要资料。《承政院日记》中收录的文书具有很强的原始性,能够补朝鲜其他文献及中国相关文献之不足。《承政院日记》中的酬酌是朝鲜日常施政的详细记录,涵盖了仪典、取士、治道、赋役、水利、营造、防卫、刑罚、交聘等各个方面,在很多方面比《朝鲜王朝实录》记事更加周详,是研究朝鲜国政运作不可忽视的重要资料。
[Abstract]:Chengchengyuan Diary is an institution in charge of clerical cashiers by the Korean dynasty, which is compiled by Chengzheng Yuan according to the time series and takes the king's activities as the center of the national political operation record. The compilation of the diary is mainly carried out by the Chengzheng Yuan's annotated book. Every day, one annotated book and two Hanlin accompany the king to keep track of current affairs, taking into account the documents, the sittings, the weather, and so on. The journal of the day was formed and compiled into a book at the end of the month. As a result of the war. Fire and other reasons, now handed down the "Chengzheng Yuan Diary" from the first year of Renzu 1623) March to Longxi four years 1910) August, a total of 3244 copies. By 1977, the Korean National History Codification Committee had completed the transcription and photocopying of Chengchengyuan Diary. There is no special research of Chinese scholars about Chengzheng Yuan and Chengzheng Yuan Diary. This paper bases on Chengzheng Yuan Diary and refers to such materials as "the record of Korean Dynasty", "transcripts of Prefect Department", "Collection of Korean Literature" and so on. The first part discusses the compilation background, recording style, compiling purpose and compiling conditions of Chengzheng Yuan Diary. The second part examines the retention of Chengchengyuan Diary. The third part analyzes the basic content and historical data value of Chengzheng Yuan Diary. The author thinks: "Chengchengyuan Diary" in the "Chengzhi Yuan Diary", recorded the Chengchengyuan personnel enter the value, the government order conveys, plays the sparse enters the opening, the document processing, introduces the minister, the personnel transfer, the question and so on the situation and so on. It is an important material to study the operation of Chengchengyuan and other government agencies. The documents collected in Chengzheng Institute are very primitive. "the Diary of Chengchengyuan" is a detailed record of the daily administration of the DPRK, covering the ritual code, taking scholars, ruling the road, taxation, water conservancy, construction, and defense. In many respects, penalty and employment are more detailed than the record of the Korean Dynasty, which is an important material to study the operation of Korean state affairs.
