【摘要】： 1525年德意志农民战争是德意志历史上具有深远影响的事件,由于广大的市民参与到农民战争中,起草出一些纲领性文件,表达他们的要求,因此本文选取农民战争作为大背景来研究中世纪后期德意志的市民意识。文章主要通过阐述这一时期德意志的市民意识,来探求农民战争背景下市民意识及其对当时德意志的城市及社会的影响。在德意志农民战争期间,有些城市甚至发生了一系列的城市运动,他们向当时的诸侯和市政会呈请怨情书,写成一些纲领,表达他们的思想意识。本文根据对这些纲领及城市一些市民代表的思想意识进行阐述,以期反映当时德意志的市民意识。作者首先从市民的人文意识,表现为市民的人本意识、市民集体的认同意识、市民们的参与意识;其次是市民们积极改革现状的改革意识;最后从市民的法律意识几个方面进行论述,探讨在农民战争背景下市民们所作反映的思想意识,以及这些意识产生的影响。中世纪后期德意志的市民运动以及市民对农民战争的参与是市民意识推动的结果,是市民社会与国家间的互动,而市民的意识又决定了城市发展的方向,影响着社会的局面。
[Abstract]:The 1525 German Peasant War was a far-reaching event in the history of Germany. Since the broad masses of citizens participated in the peasant war, they drafted some programmatic documents to express their demands. Therefore, this paper chooses the peasant war as the background to study the civil consciousness of Germany in the late Middle Ages. By expounding the citizen consciousness of Germany in this period, this paper explores the citizen consciousness in the background of peasant war and its influence on the German city and society at that time. During the German Peasant War, a series of urban movements took place in some cities. They petitioned the princes and city councils to write letters of love and to express their ideology. This paper expounds these programs and the ideology of some urban representatives in order to reflect the German civic consciousness at that time. Firstly, the author shows the humanism consciousness, the collective identity consciousness, the participation consciousness of the citizen, the reform consciousness of the citizen's active reform status quo, the consciousness of the citizen's humanistic consciousness, the citizen's collective identity consciousness, the citizen's participation consciousness, and the citizen's active reform consciousness. Finally, from several aspects of the citizen's legal consciousness, this paper discusses the ideological consciousness of the citizen's reflection under the background of the peasant war, and the influence of these consciousness. The citizen movement in Germany in the late Middle Ages and the citizen's participation in the peasant war were the result of the civic consciousness and the interaction between the civil society and the state, and the civic consciousness decided the direction of urban development and affected the social situation.
