男性强制戒毒人员生存质量、心理痛楚及自杀意念的关系研究

【摘要】：目的了解男性强制戒毒人员自杀意念的现状,探讨生存质量和自杀意念的可能关系及心理痛楚的中介作用机制。方法采取整群随机抽样的调查方法,抽取某市男性强制戒毒人员260名,采用药物成瘾者生存质量测定量表、心理痛楚感量表以及自杀意念自评量表对自杀意念进行研究,构建结构方程模型,并对其机制进行探究。结果1.男性强制戒毒人员自杀意念总分为9.26±4.54,有自杀意念倾向的戒毒人员有51人,占31.48%。2.自杀意念与生存质量(r=0.63)、心理痛楚(r=0.44)呈显著正相关(p0.05)。3.心理痛楚在生存质量和自杀意念中有中介效应。结论1.男性强制戒毒人员的自杀意念水平总体较高。2.男性强制戒毒人员的生存质量是自杀意念的重要影响因素。3.心理痛楚在生存质量和自杀意念中起中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of suicidal ideation in male compulsory drug addicts, to explore the possible relationship between quality of life and suicidal ideation, and to explore the mediating mechanism of psychological pain. A total of 260 male drug addicts were selected to study the suicidal ideation by using the quality of life scale for drug addicts, the psychological pain scale and the suicide ideation self-rating scale, and the structural equation model was established. Results 1. The total score of suicidal ideation in male compulsory drug addicts was 9.26 卤4.54, and there were 51 drug addicts with suicidal ideation tendency. There was a significant positive correlation between suicidal ideation and quality of life 0.63, psychological pain 0.44). Psychological pain had mediating effect in quality of life and suicidal ideation. Conclusion 1.The level of suicidal ideation of male compulsive drug addicts is higher than that of male. The quality of life of compulsory drug addicts is an important influencing factor of suicidal ideation. Psychological pain plays an intermediary role in quality of life and suicidal ideation.
