基于精细化社会认同模型的集群行为动因机制拓展研究

【摘要】：集群行为是为改善群体地位,共同参加的联合行动。当下我国正经历经济改革,导致各种社会矛盾凸显,以群体性事件为代表的集群行为发生的数量逐渐增多,群体性事件事关社会稳定,因此研究以群体性事件为代表的集群行为具有重要的理论意义和社会治安管理指导的实践意义。随着对集群行为研究的深入,研究者提出了精细化社会认同模型,该模型将群际互动引入集群行为的研究中,将社会认同看成是动态的变量,会随着群际间的互动而发生改变。本文基于精细化社会认同模型,采用集群行为经典研究方法：虚拟情境范式,通过两个研究,在验证社会认同整合模型的基础上,将其和精细化社会认同模型进行整合,实现对模型的拓展,并试图提出一个含有群际互动变量的集群行为新模型。实验一主要探讨群际互动对群体认同和集群行为的影响,此外还考察了群际互动对群体愤怒和效能的影响。在实验二中通过两步来分别探究群体认同和群体效能以及群体认同和群体愤怒对集群行为意愿的影响。本文两个研究的结果表明：1、不同群际互动方式下,相对于合理回应的群际互动方式,不合理回应的条件下,群体的认同会显著增强,群际互动不仅能够影响群体认同,还会对群体愤怒和集群行为产生影响。2、群际互动直接预测集群行为的发生,还可以通过群体认同和愤怒这两个中介变量间接预测集群行为的发生。3、群体认同、效能、愤怒都能够直接预测集群行为的发生4、群体认同在群体效能和集群行为意愿之间起到了调节作用。
[Abstract]:Cluster behavior is a joint action to improve group status and participate together.At present, our country is experiencing economic reform, which leads to various social contradictions. The number of cluster behaviors, represented by group events, is gradually increasing, and group events are related to social stability.Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical significance to study the cluster behavior represented by group events.With the further study of cluster behavior, the researchers put forward a refined model of social identity, which introduces inter-group interaction into the study of cluster behavior, and regards social identity as a dynamic variable, which will change with the interaction between groups.Based on the refined social identity model, this paper adopts the classical research method of cluster behavior: virtual situational paradigm, through two studies, on the basis of verifying the social identity integration model, integrating it with the refined social identity model.The model is extended and a new cluster behavior model with inter-group interaction variables is proposed.In the first experiment, the influence of group interaction on group identity and cluster behavior was studied. In addition, the influence of group interaction on group anger and efficacy was also investigated.In the second experiment, we explored the effects of group identity and group efficacy and group anger on the behavior willingness of the cluster through two steps.The results of the two studies show that under the different inter-group interaction modes, the group identity will be significantly enhanced under the condition of irrational response, and the inter-group interaction can not only affect the group identity.It can also influence group anger and cluster behavior. The interaction between groups can directly predict the occurrence of cluster behavior. It can also indirectly predict the occurrence of cluster behavior by group identification and anger.Anger can directly predict the occurrence of cluster behavior.
