中国民营企业集群式投资非洲的进展、挑战与应对

【摘要】：在中国"一带一路"的倡议推动和中非构建"全面战略伙伴关系"的大背景下,中国民营企业集群式投资非洲前景广阔,潜力巨大,有助于中非双方互惠共赢。文章阐述了中国民营企业集群式投资非洲的进展,分析了集群式投资非洲面临的企业自我挑战、国际竞争挑战和非洲本地挑战,最后从企业层面和政府层面提出了具体的应对策略,包括:在企业层面,树立协同、根植、进化、适应、创新等五种思维;在政府层面,继续完善促进与保障中非投资的法规,为民营企业集群式投资非洲营造更为安全的法律环境等。
[Abstract]:Against the background of China's "Belt and Road" initiative to promote the establishment of a "comprehensive strategic partnership" between China and China, China's private enterprises have broad prospects and great potential for cluster investment in Africa. This paper expounds the progress of China's private enterprises in investing in Africa in a cluster manner, and analyzes the enterprise self-challenges, international competition challenges and local challenges faced by Chinese private enterprises in Africa. Finally, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures from the enterprise level and the government level, including: establishing five kinds of thinking of cooperation, root, evolution, adaptation and innovation at the enterprise level; at the government level, continuing to perfect the laws and regulations to promote and protect the non-African investment. For private enterprises to invest in Africa in a cluster to create a more secure legal environment.
