【摘要】：港口作为海上运输网络体系的枢纽和对外交流的窗口,在促进国际贸易以及地区经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。目前,我国沿海沿江各地港口星罗棋布,竞争也日益激烈。随着中国国际贸易不断发展、高度依赖海上运输,“一带一路”战略的提出也促进了中国不断地参与海外港口项目,港口的综合竞争力的研究也变得越来越重要。研究港口的综合竞争力,其目的是发现港口在发展中的长处以及短板,并以此长处作为主导因素重点发展,创造并保持竞争优势,同时改进短板,从而获取稳定的竞争效益。本文首先阐述研究背景。其次阐述理论基础,同时对国内外关于港口综合竞争力的研究现状进行梳理并做出简要评述。随后对目前我国主要港口的发展现状做出综述,并总结我国主要港口存在的问题。第四章,从影响港口综合竞争力的因素入手,结合相关文献中港口综合竞争力评价指标体系,构建本文使用的港口综合竞争力评价指标体系,并选择多层次因子分析法,对从中国“一带一路”沿线重点发展的15个港口中选出十大主要港口,以2015年数据为基础进行实证研究,得出综合竞争力得分以及排名。第五章,将我国主要港口放进自身所在港口群,评价各个主要港口的综合竞争力,比较各港口的优势与劣势以及发展方向。第六章,依据前述分析,提出提升我国港口综合竞争力的相关建议。
[Abstract]:As the hub of maritime transportation network system and the window of foreign exchange, port plays an increasingly important role in promoting international trade and regional economic development. With the continuous development of China's international trade and its heavy reliance on maritime transport, the proposed "Belt and Road" strategy has also promoted China's continuous participation in overseas port projects. The study of the comprehensive competitiveness of ports is also becoming more and more important. The purpose of studying the comprehensive competitiveness of ports is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of ports in development, and to focus on the development of the advantages as a leading factor to create and maintain competitive advantages. At the same time, improve the short plate, so as to obtain a stable competitive benefit. This paper first describes the research background, secondly, describes the theoretical basis, At the same time, the research status of comprehensive competitiveness of ports at home and abroad is reviewed and briefly reviewed. Then, the development status of main ports in China is summarized, and the existing problems of main ports in China are summarized. Chapter 4th, Starting with the factors affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of the port, combining with the evaluation index system of the comprehensive competitiveness of the port in the relevant literature, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the comprehensive competitiveness of the port, and chooses the multi-level factor analysis method. This paper selects the top ten major ports from 15 key ports along the route of "Belt and Road" in China, and carries out empirical research on the basis of 2015 data, and draws the score of comprehensive competitiveness and its ranking in Chapter 5th. Put our main ports into their own port groups, evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of each major port, compare the strengths and weaknesses of each port and its development direction. Chapter 6th, according to the foregoing analysis, This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of our country's ports.
