绿色经济:内涵、特征、困境与突破——基于“一带一路”战略视角

【摘要】：通过对绿色经济的内涵厘定和特征分析,以及对目前"一带一路"沿线绿色经济发展存在的意识形态差异、唯GDP论、资源价值和价格错配等问题进行分析,探究了新常态下建立"一带一路"沿线基础设施建设绿色标准体系、发挥绿色财税政策的效用影响、建设绿色金融等举措,试图解决"一带一路"战略实施中发展绿色经济的瓶颈。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of green economy, the differences of ideology in the development of green economy along Belt and Road, the theory of GDP, the mismatch of resource value and price, etc.This paper probes into the establishment of green standard system of infrastructure construction along "Belt and Road" under the new normal, exerting the utility influence of green fiscal and taxation policy, and building green finance, etc.Trying to solve the bottleneck of developing green economy in the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy.
