中国对外开放的新格局:走向国际化

【摘要】：十八大以来中国逐步进入全面对外开放的新时期,主旋律就是中国走向国际化。自十一届三中全会以来,中国打开国门走上改革开放的征程,其发展路径由"改革开放"到"开放改革",再到"中国国际化"。中国国际化的标志是自由贸易区建设、一带一路建设、开放性金融建设、国际合作平台建设和跨国公司建设"五位一体",形成了"一个目标"、"两大动力"、"五个重点"、"双重路径"的对外开放新格局。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress, China has gradually entered a new period of full-scale opening to the outside world. Since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China has opened its doors and embarked on the journey of reform and opening up, and its development path has changed from "reform and opening up" to "open reform", and then to "China's internationalization". The hallmarks of China's internationalization are the construction of free trade zones, the construction of Belt and Road, and the construction of open finance. The construction of international cooperation platform and the construction of multinational corporations have formed a new pattern of opening to the outside world with "one goal", "two major powers", "five emphases" and "dual paths".
