广东高等教育国际化提升策略研究

【摘要】：高等教育国际化从上世纪90年代的"国际教育"模式发已展成当今的"全面国际化"模式。通过对广东省普通高等院校国际化现状进行问卷调查和分析得知:高等教育国际化趋势已经得到了大部分高校的认同,但与"全面国际化"尚有一定差距,存在国际化经费不足、师资国际化差异明显、来华留学学历生比例有待提升、课程国际化差异明显、科学研究国际化水平偏低、引进国际知名大学来粤办学尚未形成气候、各校闲置协议浪费资源等问题。"十三五"期间,在借鉴国内高校高等教育国际化策略的基础上,应通过发展留学事业、提升涉外办学水平、加强高端引领、推介优秀中国文化和积极参与"一带一路"等策略,践行"全面国际化"理念、提升广东高等教育国际化整体水平。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of higher education from the "International Education" model in the 90s of last century has become a "comprehensive internationalization" model. Through a questionnaire survey and analysis of the current situation of the internationalization of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, the trend of internationalization of higher education has been recognized by most colleges and universities, but there is still a certain difference from "comprehensive internationalization". There is a shortage of international funds, there are obvious differences in the internationalization of teachers, the proportion of academic students to study in China needs to be improved, the internationalization of the curriculum is distinct, the international level of scientific research is low, and the introduction of the international well-known universities to Guangdong has not yet formed a climate, and the idle resources of various schools are wasting resources. In the "13th Five-Year", we used to draw lessons from higher institutions of higher learning in China. Based on the strategy of internationalization of education, should be through the development of international business, enhance the international management level, strengthen the high-end lead, promote outstanding Chinese culture and actively participate in the "The Belt and Road" strategy, the practice of "comprehensive internationalization" concept, to enhance the overall level of internationalization of higher education in Guangdong.
